Had a fantastic time! Lots of fun with great people and lots of booze! Staff did a great job keeping track of our group and added their Bahamian perspective. Highly recommend! Great party atmosphere!

Disappointed in this tour. We happened to be an hour early and saw the tour guide, she was looking around and walking frantically until she got on a bus. When it was time I texted and the response was that they were going to be late due to a late hotel arrival. Our tour was 20 minutes late, disorganized and did not ask for our tickets or confirm all guests were present. We did not go to the cigar factory first, we did go to a rum cake store where we got a sample but no info on how they were made etc, just if we wanted to buy. We then went to a private building to for a rum tasting (again not as described). We were told we were going to do a chocolate and coconut rum tasting but they ran out of coconut rum and had only a little chocolate left. We were then asked if we wanted to go to the beach, get food or both. We decided as a group to go for good and at the drivers suggestion went to a place she recommended. The restaurant took so long that we were an hour over our time. We hurried to the cigar factory and chocolate factory where we were provided 2 chocolate chips to sample. We did not receive any cigars or useful information about cigar making nor the chocolate making. The driver did take us back privately so we would not miss our boat which was much appreciated. However, our tour guide was not informative, did not lead well and was not able to provide much beyond what we could see with our eyes. At one point a guest asked if we were still going to see Bob Marley’s house and she replied no, he’s never lived here and seemed confused at the question. This tour should really be renamed or redone to be accurately reflected.

Hi, they failed to state that meet up location was blocked by construction so we missed the pick up time completely. We did not receive a refund not even a partial refund. Do not book! So disappointed as this was my birthday trip and first time in the Bahamas.

This is definitely worth the hype! You get more than your money worth. The vibes on the bus was top tier. I love the games that were played during the ride to keep the momentum up while riding place to place. The drinks were REAL alcohol. Clever, our tour guide was super nice, friendly and very knowledgeable about anything you ask hwr about. You will get drunk and wanna tap out. The only downside is that the tour started like an hour late due to miscommunication with the company and tour guide schedule but it was worth the wait. This is a party bus for friends and family who are very outgoing and ready to get doowwwnnn!

This tour was OK. Enjoyed the rum tasting experience and short time at the beach. Graycliffs and wine tasting were not as expected. Didn’t see anything related to Bob Marley.
It didn’t help that one of the people on this tour lost their cell phone and had a total meltdown for 30 mins which killed the vibe and wasted everyone’s time!

This event was so so so impacted by a group of six women celebrating a birthday we were behind on all stops. Special efforts were needed to get us to our last stop, a beach that was not the one intended and then we had 10 minutes! This group could not be corralled and our very knowledgeable guide had to yell over them at each stop. We waited a number of times, to start our tour, they were late then they could not stop talking for any length of time for our guide to get control. Our group of 4 didn’t really like the sweet sip it slow drink and it was just so chaotic! The guides were actually the highlight. As I said, knowledgeable and bent over back wards to accommodate all of us. The birthday crowd got off early, requiring a change in itinerary to attend an additional event on jet skis! Can’t imagine they were sober enough to be allowed to do that.!! We were glad it was over but our group of 4 will have a laugh when remembered.

Because there were only two of us, the tour was not as described; however, it was a wonderful experience. My sister and I traveled to many different places not on the itinerary. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area and local rum making. We would recommend it to anyone who loves rum and a good time.

Our tour was cancelled at 9:30am the morning of the tour, leaving us scrambling to find an alternate tour. We were the only people registered. It would have been good to either get more notice, or still hold the tour even though it was only 2 of us.

Our tour guide ( Naughty) and our driver ( Nice ) made this a wonderful excursion for us. Naughty provided us with many types of rum samples and expertly explained each one. We also stopped at a rum cake shop and then to a local bar. Our entire trip was so much fun and I'd highly recommend it!

This was by far the most fun I’ve ever had in Nassau. Well worth the price and the experience. Q and Tray were the best host ever. I would recommend this to anyone. Wow what a great memory!!

This excursion was a really fun time! It was a small group but we all had a ball. The staff was really friendly, all the ladies made you feel like your vacation desires were their priorities. We weren't taken any where the places went out their way to force you to buy things. I truly enjoyed it

So much fun! We drank and danced, met new people, saw the island , ate authentic island food, had a rum tasting.....the tour guides were so much fun :-) It was too cold unfortunately to swim or go to the beach and this was the perfect activity! I highly recommend!

Great time!! Pink Sugar was an awesome guide!! I was a little nervous going on my own but our group quickly became friends and we were dancing and sippin slow...ish. they are serious when they say Eat a good breakfast. Rum punch nonstop, 9 diff rums, sky juice, a moonshine tasting, a wine tasting, idk how many shots. Also chocolate and cigar tour and lunch.

This tour exceeded our expectations in every way possible! We DEFINITELY got our money’s worth of the drinking, and our tour guide “naughty” was very knowledgeable and friendly; “nice” was an amazing driver who ensured our safety during the whole tour. I have used Viator to book many tours, and traveled on tours with other companies as well. I have always had wonderful experiences. Unfortunately, due to the customer service, I would not recommend booking this one. I originally booked this tour as a birthday present for my mother and a group of seven. When I originally booked the tour, slots were open for up to 14 people. I booked for seven, and sent the tour operator a message asking about the possibility of booking the entire bus for an additional price. I did not hear back until two days before the tour that the operator had booked six of the additional seven slots (the same day the operator charged my card for the seven slots I had originally booked). Since the tour was booked, I opted to keep the slots.
Unfortunately, we were unable to take the tour, which leads to my second poor customer service experience. We were set to arrive at port via cruise ship. The day we reached port, we were unable to dock due to winds of more than 40 knots (50MPH), and therefore were unable to take the tour. When the operator reached out to me about a meeting place, I informed them and inquired about the possibility of a partial refund. The tour operator asked for verification that the cruise ship had not docked. (Note: the meeting area for the tour is 750 feet from the cruise port, so the wind speeds should have been the same, and cruise ships are large enough to see from the meeting area). I provided a screenshot from my cruise ship’s app announcing that we would not dock. I was then left on read, despite several follow ups.
While I understand that some companies may offer non-refundable tours or may choose not to offer private tours, it is unacceptable that a company be unable to answer basic questions about its policies. Given that many travelers are coming from other countries and may be unable/uneasy navigating in a new country, I would recommend using a company that is more able to provide clear information about its policies and procedures, and which is willing to provide customer flexibility.

My husband and I arrived from Virginia and kicked off our vacation with the Rum and Reggae Tour. John and Q were our guides. John was a wealth of encyclopedic information about Bahamian history, rum, and cuisine. He gave us new insight into tasting spirits. Our guides were friendly and fun and so were our tour mates from England and Louisiana. We had a blast drinking rum punch on the bus, dancing to great tunes, and laughing all the way! So fun, we didn’t want our tour to end! The cigar factory was interesting as we observed how cigars are made from scratch. Highly recommend!

This tour was the perfect mix of culture, fun, and relaxation. From the moment we boarded, the energy was amazing great music, friendly hosts, and a laid-back island vibe.
We enjoyed delicious rum tastings, learned about Bahamian history and culture, and got to experience Nassau beyond the cruise port. The stops were well planned, and the guide was engaging and knowledgeable while keeping the atmosphere fun and upbeat.
This is a fantastic option if you want something enjoyable without being too strenuous. It felt like a celebration of the island, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, stress-free excursion.

We had an absolutely amazing time! We went on Wednesday, 12/3/2025, and the weather was perfect. The vibes were on point from start to finish, and everything flowed so smoothly. The guides were super flexible—we opted for Bob Marley Beach instead of the beach near the food, and it was a fantastic choice.
The rum tasting was the best we've ever experienced, and the music was on point the entire time. I highly recommend this experience!

We traveled to Nassau to celebrate my birthday and this was an AWESOME addition to the celebration. John and Naughty (not her real name) are wonderful! They both make you feel welcome, comfortable, and like you are part of the family. She is great at getting you into the party mood. The drinks are plentiful so be sure to eat or you won't make it to the end! Just do it!

Be careful who you book with. If you end up with strangers it’s interesting. The tour will vary based on what the majority wants to do and does not want to do.
