We paid just $10 bucks more to rent a Garmin, although, it wasn’t correct with one way streets, we would not have been able to navigate the island without it. Six hours is a lot longer than you think. Plan big and explore!!!!! Nassau has so much history. Historic churches, school, graveyards, zoo, statues, historic markers, several forts, a cave. We utilized the entire six hours. On the island, they pump your gas for you. Make sure you look at the pump because the intendant tried to rip us off two separate times getting gas. Let’s see you give them $10. They will put seven in it and hope you don’t look at the gas pump and then try to play stupid. It’s not a mistake because it happened each time we got gas so pay attention to get your money is worth because gas was $5.25 a gallon on the day we went. You got to bring your Polaris back with the same amount of gas you took it with so for instance, we put $10 in it and we literally drove the entire day. Stopping randomly to tour forts and get some snapshots of church etc. but I guarantee you we had easily five hours of constant driving in that buggy, and we didn’t even use 10 bucks of gas. Thao is incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of the Bahamas. Listening to him felt like hearing a passionate historian bring the island’s story to life. He took us to many of the highlights of Nassau, and every stop was interesting and memorable. One of my favorite places was the Queen Victoria Staircase. When we arrived, there was a gentleman holding the Bahamian flag who shared the story of how the Bahamas became the Bahamas. Even though the talk was only about 8 minutes, it was very educational and beautifully explained. After climbing the staircase, we cooled down with a refreshing coconut water, which was absolutely delicious 😋. We also visited a rum distillery where we learned how rum is made—very fascinating! And of course, we couldn’t leave without stopping at the famous rum cake factory. Thao made the entire experience smooth, fun, and informative. If you want a guide who truly knows Nassau and gives you an authentic Bahamian experience, I highly recommend booking with him. You will not regret it!

The tour was the highlight of our cruise week. Our guide Charles and his wife were wonderful hosts and guides of Nassau. Charles was so knowledgeable, pointing out historical and interesting places along the tour with stories and history. We had enough time to browse at our stops without feeling rushed. Our tour guide ( Naughty) and our driver ( Nice ) made this a wonderful excursion for us. Naughty provided us with many types of rum samples and expertly explained each one. We also stopped at a rum cake shop and then to a local bar. Our entire trip was so much fun and I'd highly recommend it!

Theyo was absolutely fantastic! Knowledgeable about the Island, and very warm/personable. Transportation was clean, air conditioned and Theyo was a great driver. Our flight was delayed and the new arrival time was accommodated with clear communication. Liked the experience so much, we booked him for our return trip back to the airport at the end of our stay!

The entire experience was fantastic. From the taxi ride to and from our resort, to the flight, to the boat ride, everything was perfect. Captain Dave definitely knows how to keep his participants engaged. The animal interactions were outstanding and definitely bucket list worthy.

We loved this trip! Everyone was very friendly, the drinks at the bar were delicious and the pigs were so cute! Panda was a big, sweet ham! We also enjoyed the lunch provided, the chicken was so tender and tasty. Incredible excursion, we even got to see some turtles on the trip back!

Russell and Akeeli provided a great experience for us. Neither my cousin nor myself know how to swim. They made us feel at ease with the vehicle assuring us that it wouldn't flip over which was my main concern. Im glad I trusted them and was able to step out of my comfort zone to experience the thrill. We also paid the additional fee to obtain live video footage and photos taken via drone to have the memories captured exclusively. What an adventure!!!!!
