What To Expect
Be ready for pickup at the cruise port or your hotel before your scheduled jet ski rental. Rentals are available every half hour between 10am and 4:30pm.
After transport to the water sports depot on Cabbage Beach, Paradise Island. Get detailed instructions and a safety briefing from your watersports guide, then hop on to a WaveRunner. Spend your time as you please, exploring the waters at your leisure with a partner or with one of the guides.

This was better than expected from the Taxi ride through the Town to the driver and tge Jet Ski assistants. The experience is one of a kind. I can't say enough as the Jet Ski aaaistants were like personal one on one trainers.

total rip off scam. we booked and confirmed one thing. they waited till the time of our appointment to tell us something completely different. wouldn't work with us then cancelled our activity with no refund. please believe all the negative reviews. i wish i did 😒

The jet ski activity was advertised as a 1-hour guided ride, but in reality the actual ride time was only about 30 minutes, with an additional 2–3 minutes spent on a short test ride before starting. This is a clear discrepancy between what was marketed and what was delivered.
Furthermore, although the activities appeared under different company or agent names on Viator when we booked, they were all actually operated by the same company: “On My Own Water Sport.” This was not transparently disclosed, and it felt misleading since we believed we were booking with different vendors.
The staff themselves were friendly and helpful. They picked up my husband and me at Señor Frog’s next to the British Colonial Hotel Resort and drove us to Cabbage Beach on Paradise Island for both parasailing and jet skiing. The transportation was smooth and appreciated.
However, at the end of the 30-minute jet ski ride, the young male staff asked us directly for tips. We only had large bills, so we had to exchange $100 to break it into smaller bills just to tip. My recommendation for future travelers is to bring smaller bills for tipping, because staff are very straightforward about asking for tips at the end of the activity — even when the duration advertised was not accurate.
It was also confusing because the Viator listing advertised 1 hour, but the ticket provided after booking showed only 30 minutes. This inconsistency is on the operator’s end and should be corrected for transparency.
In addition, travelers should ensure the jet ski runs smoothly and at full speed before going far out. The jet ski we were given slowed down significantly after about 15 minutes and if is very LOUD , and I had to return to shore so the staff could fix it, which cut into our already short ride time.
My advice to future guests:
• Always confirm the true activity duration before booking or starting.
• Always confirm pickup time and location, and clarify whether you are a cruise or non-cruise passenger, as the pickup spots differ.
• Bring small bills for tipping.
• Make sure the jet ski is working properly and fast before riding out.
Overall, while the staff were friendly and transportation was well organized, the duration advertised, vendor transparency, and equipment quality did not match what was promised.

Very accommodating. Great place to jet ski with the waves, lots of space and not too many people on the water. We went Christmas vacation and it was fine. Great to stay and lay out or swim after. Would recommend and plan to do again.

They cut out time short on the jet skis. We paid for an hour and they first pulled us in at 20 min. Then I had to find the receipt to prove I paid for an hour. Then they let us go back out and brought in at 45 min. The workers were very nice and accommodating. The van ride back home took a long time to arrive to pick us up.

When we arrived in Nassau, customer service had accidentally placed our reservation at a different port. Thankfully, our driver, Scorpio, went above and beyond to make things right. He made sure to find us and pick us up at the correct port without any issues.
Scorpio took us to the jet ski location, where the team truly made our day unforgettable. The gentleman at the jet ski rentals was amazing — he went out of his way to make the experience extra special for my youngest son. He even allowed my son to drive the jet ski under his supervision, patiently showing him what to do and what not to do.
I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism they showed us. I would highly recommend the jet ski rentals in Nassau to anyone looking for an incredible experience. 5 out of 5 for customer service!

Was a little nervous to be honest being solo female but driver was very polite and respectful. Excursion crew were also very polite and respectful contacted and responded quickly to texts. Picked up and dropped off in the exact same spot from cruise port. Was Left alone to do my own thing. got my 30 minutes of ride time and was not bothered at all. 10/10 recommend for something quick and fun

Communication was nonexistent, pick up spot was supposed to be cabbage beach but they said they never actually pick up there cuz the current is rough, there was a different pick up spot and this was not communicated in any way to me prior to the excursion, I was not able to make it because weather was bad and it wasn’t canceled on their end either, no refund is being provided and it’s extremely disappointing

Called us to let us know they were late to pick us up. Son had a lot of fun on the jet ski. There was a weight limit on the jet ski so 2 people couldn’t ride which there was no mention of this in the booking. He’s not a large 18 yo and neither is his girlfriend. We added on parasailing and they gave a discount. They had a great time.

Didn't provide notice of weather cancelation. No email, text, no nothing. Arrived at the location and the vendor was a no show. Another vendor on the beach said they closed earlier that morning. Also didn't provide shuttle from port like normal excursions do. Had to take a 25 dollar taxi to get there

We were picked up a little later than our scheduled time near the cruise port due to the driver being stuck in traffic, but that didn’t matter because our time on the jet skis didn’t start until we were out on the water. Everyone that worked there was super friendly and nice. My wife and I enjoyed the jet skis on the beautiful water. We were able to switch multiple times during our hour and we feel like it was plenty of time to ride around. Where the excursion takes place is in a very nice part of the beach and it was nice to hang out there after our rental time was over. Overall I recommend this excursion!

Was a lot of fun and the jet skis were fine. we had freedom to go a lot of places on the water/ocean. nice beach by the atlantis. two negatives - we paid extra so we could both have our own jetskis, seems to be unclear to most that the price is for one jetski per 2 ppl, not 1. second was transport back - we never saw our driver show to pick us back up - texted tour op and they were very slow to respond so we just got a taxi back on our own dime. is what it is - not the biggest deal in the world, would still do it again, bumps and all

Rented jet skis. Seemed like they were way overbooked so the pick up was 30 mins late. Then we waited over an hour once at the beach for our jet skis (even though we reserved a specific time). They just couldn’t handle the amount of reservations that they took. Guys are the beach did what they could to help but they just didn’t have enough jet skis for everyone that rented for that time. Jet skis themselves were great - well maintained, worked great.
