When we reach no one was there to greet us call no one answer. We had to ask one of the employees of another establishment to call. He answered then telling us it’s too late to give us a vehicle and he know that our ship came in at 1:30. After he verified that same morning, our appointment..

Good Evening,
We appreciate all reviews but transparency is key. The office reached out and you stated that you were coming off the ship shortly after around 10:30/11:00am.
At 1:15pm our representative left the cruise port which is when we shut down our operation down there. We then spoke to you on the phone at 2:30pm and which we stated that you would not get the full 4 hour experience, AND as what was agreed upon we refunded your funds because logistically the transaction could not be carried out. On your reservation you stated a 1:00pm pick up, so please do not blame us as a company for when the ship docks because that is out of our control.
So future reference please be transparent because what is being depicted is not a part of how we operate as a company!

This was a very smooth process off the ship. We met the associate for the rental and were shuttled right to the rental. The whole process took 15 minutes, and we were off to explore on our own. It was great experience!

We had an awesome time with our buggy rental, drove from one end of Nassau to the other. We stopped at a recommended lunch spot called the New Duff....5 stars! Part of our trip included a drive through downtown and stops at 4 beatiful beaches. The employees at Virgo car and buggy rental were very personable and helped us plan our trip. We even remembered to drive on the left side, most of the time.

We had the most amazing time touring Nassau on our time & to the places we wanted to go. The buggies were amazing and even had Bluetooth speakers so we could jam out to our own music. The guide who picked us up was so great. He set us up with offline google maps which I didn’t even know was a thing. He pre programmed some top spots and recommendations and then set us on our way. Everything was smooth and quick. Thank you guys so much for everything! I look forward to coming to you guys again!

We were thrilled to be able to drive ourselves to the places we wanted to see on our own time. The buggy didn’t have a windshield and it rained on us, but we made the most of it. It was a great adventure.

It was awesome. There was some delay in picking up. It was understandable as the office opens at 9 am. But the people near port were very helpful and allowed us to use their mobile phones to make calls. Furgerson and team took care of us, helped us to check in. We enjoyed driving around the island, visited few places. It was an awesome experience. Please do some googling of maps before you go. They do give map and allow you to download google maps using their Wi-Fi.

We rented our buggy for 24 hours. We had a great time touring the island and finding places to explore. Got a little wet in the downpour but dried off in about 4 minutes!

Everyone and everything with Viator was great! The pickup service was super convenient, and they were helpful in explaining how the buggy works and driving in the Bahamas.
