Picked up at cruise port right at tour/excursion tent. Denise was great, tons of local flair, told us stories about Grand Bahama, got us extra time and took us to a local lunch spot. Was a great tour/excursion. Would recommend!!

We were the only two passengers and felt fortunate that the company did not cancel. Our guide Charlie was very cooperative in structuring the tour to our needs. He was a great guide and very informative and very pleasant. I am always pleased with Viator.

We went in this tour in Nov. Luckily, my wife and I were the only ones on the tour with Charlie. What an experience!!! It was so beautiful and Charlie was so kind, informative, and helpful. We had a fantastic day on the island. I would highly recommend Charlie and this tour to anyone.

We had an AWESOME time with Charlie the man himself. My husband and I toured with 2 other couples where we were all family for the 4 plus hours we enjoyed the East End. Charlie has a wealth of knowlege and I also enjoyed some life talk just him and I when the others took a hike I stayed back for. Please book Mama Gal tours and yiu will NOT regret it.

We booked this experience based on another review. We weren't disappointed. Charlie is the best tour guide. A total I'd three couples from the same cruise booked this tour. Charlie pleased every single one of our requests, from eating fresh conch salad to shopping. This is a must in Freeport, Grand Bahamas.

Charlie was an absolute gem! It was easy to find Mama Gal from the cruise port, and we had such a delightful time. There were 6 of us, so we could make extra stops, and learned lots of things about the Island that we wouldn't have learned otherwise

Not worth the money.

The vehicle was in Rough shape. The mic didn’t work couldn’t hear anything the driver said. The stops were not lead by driver so you had no idea what you were doing or where to go. Driver didn’t stay with the group so we were left waiting. We had to ask for water. Was not worth the money. Entire group did not like the trip.

So glad we booked this tour! It was a lovely day, Charlie was awesome, we avoided all the crowds with his better judgment at hand and still got to experience the island! He was very knowledgeable and it was great to learn about the island's rich history! There were 3 of us and only one other couple so it was a great day and we had time back at the port!

Book this excursion cruisers!! We had a great time with Charlie. We were able to see the beautiful cenotes and beach at the national park. Afterwards we spent 2 hours at a nice beach club/restaurant with beautiful white sands and warm clear waters. We tried conch frites and the cocktails were very affordable ranging $6-$8 in price. Afterwards we went to the market to shop. Overall a great day with a great host. Would definitely recommend this tour. Tip- make sure you are the first one off the boat and take into account the tour time vs boat time so you don’t miss out on this amazing excursion!

Great local experience to get the most out of your stay in the Bahamas. We saw caves, two gorgeous beaches, visited a local restaurant on the beach with amazing seafood, had fresh conch salad from the shell and checked out the local stores for gifts. Charley is a true Bahamian and takes you on an adventure for the books!

My husband and I ended up with a private tour due to the other people who booked not showing up. It was a very nice treat!! Mr. Charlie was a phenomenal tour guide and extremely knowledgeable about the island. He answered all of our questions and made the day a wonderful experience. Thankfully, Mr. Charlie steered us away from the super crowded cruise excursions, so we never got swallowed up by the crowds. If you want a more personal adventure and don't want to feel like you are being herded around, we definitely recommend this excursion!!

My wife and I and our two traveling companions all had a fine time on this tour. The weather was overcast, but the rain held off for the most part. We got to walk in Lucayan National Park, with its caves and mangrove swamp and beautiful beach. Later on the tour we enjoyed a delicious lunch (at our own expense) on the veranda of an attractive restaurant overlooking another beach. There were only four of us on this tour, in a van that could have held several more, so our friendly and helpful tour guide, Charley, was willing to drive us to a couple of places beyond the usual itinerary, and thus we got to see a variety of neighborhoods on the island. A good experience, with some shopping at the end.

This was nothing less than an AMAZING must have and do experience. Lucky for my husband and I we were the only ones scheduled for this tour with Charlie. It was as if we had our own personal tour guide to sightsee all of the locals go to’s. IT WAS AMAZING. If you decide to book this excursion I highly suggest asking for Charlie. He made this excursion worth its wild. We saw and learned things that honestly we would have not known or done if we were to tour the grand Bahamas on our own. Charlie was very informative and took us to a local dining spot. A must see and reccomend to eat the snapper with fries!!
