Easy booking online and organized at the port. They came to pick us up which was convenient. We had Big E as our guide and he was awesome. The tour was great, included lots of stops and he made it fun. We would absolutely do this again! Great day discovering Nassau!

This was an absolutely great experience. The check-in experience was quick. They have the option of one or two passenger ATVs. Touring through the Bahamas on the ATV was absolutely fun. We saw many different places that we wouldn’t have seen if we didn’t book this tour. The guides were very nice and knowledgeable and we felt secure following their lead. I’d recommend this to anyone visiting!

Itinerary

Combine the thrills of riding an ATV with sightseeing on this half-day guided ATV tour from Nassau. Cruise along the coastline of New Providence Island on a Can-Am Outlander 450 ATV and discover some of the island’s top highlights.

Your adventure starts with pickup from your hotel or the cruise port for an extra fee or make your way to the meeting point. After getting geared up, follow your guide along the main roads of the island to several stops: enjoy a guided tour and take photos of historic cannons at Fort Montagu; stop to climb the 66 steps at the Queen's Staircase; learn about rum production and sample rum blends at John Watling’s Distillery; see historic Fort Charlotte; take photos of the Caves of New Providence.

Your last stop will be at Junkanoo Beach, where you can enjoy a swim.

The staff were amazing. Nelly at the office was helpful with our questions. Ben and Marvin were our guides and they were fabulous about sharing local information and history at each stop along the way. The ride was beautiful too.

Worth the ride but needs full transparency

The experience is worth the overall price, but the operators need to be more transparent and upfront on the costs so there are less surprises. Per driver, the ride costs $99 to rent the ATV, plus $60 for insurance, plus $11 for fuel, and if they pick you up from the cruise port, it’s another $30 per rider. I called ahead and was told pickup was included from the cruise port, and there was no mention of the increased insurance or fuel fees. It would be better priced at $200/head instead of being nickel and dimed along the way. That said, the ride, guide, and sights they took us to were great. I’d do this ride again in the future but would want full transparency before booking.

The machine given me was old and banged up a bit. It had no rear brakes and the front wernt very good. Lots of added fees when we got there. Insurance, fuel surcharge ect. Our driver/ tour guide was pleasant. We made the best of it. We did see some nice sights. Riding down the streets was cool. We seen a lot of other 4 wheelers that were newer. So there are better ones out there.

The ATV riding itself was fun, but overall the tour felt rushed and not really worth the $170. The biggest issue was the food stop as we barely had enough time to actually eat before we were told to head back to the shop. It felt more like a quick stop to order food than a real break. There was also a last-minute $70 add-on for insurance and gas that we were only told about in an email the day before the tour, which was already past the 24-hour cancellation window. That felt frustrating since it wasn’t clearly communicated upfront. Another stop was a 30-minute beach break, which honestly felt unnecessary because that’s not enough time to really enjoy the beach or get in the water. Overall, riding the ATVs was fun, but the schedule felt rushed and the extra costs and short stops made the experience feel overpriced for what it was. Other travelers should double check the extra fees and be aware that the tour moves pretty quickly between stops.

You drove brand new ATV’s, you had entertaining and informative tour guides who protected you and safely returned you back in one piece . Regarding the bonus last stop to the very popular local daiquiri bar The Bahama Mama Factory. This is more time limited because it is a bonus stop and the crowded nature of the restaurant. Regarding the additional fees, this information is located on our listings in black and white for all travelers to review and make an informed decision before booking our activity. This information is available on our listing and is transparent and clear. The email you received the day prior to your tour is simply a reminder of your upcoming tour and all related fees that our due at registration. Regarding the itinerary, our stops are clearly listed with estimated duration time of each stop. The tour / shore excursion is a 3-3.5 hour tour that was designed to be a quick and easy sample/taste of Nassau as cruise ships are in port for a very short period. For those travelers requiring more time than this, we recommend inquiring on our ATV rentals where you get to explore the island on your own at your own pace. The guide were great the atvs were new and in good condition. The big drawback is beware of hidden fees. Once you get there you find out it’s 54 USD per driver for liability insurance and a 11 USD for gasoline So it was another 130 bucks and you find out to late to cancel.

Our guide, EJ, was great. The places we went were great and interesting, but for some reason I didn't realize we would be out in all the traffic. This was not a scenic, out in nature type of ATV ride - it was on the busy roads. So, if you take this tour, just be aware of that.

Worth the price! Must add Insurance for driver.

An amazing experience! You get to do it all. Shopping, sight seeing, beach time and going fast on an ATV! The tour leader and assistant were amazing in leading the group to the best places in a safe way. They blocked traffic to keep the group together. I would absolutely recommend the experience and wish to do it again. Not for anyone with mobility issues. There is uphill walking and stair climbing involved in the tour. And bring a towel for the beach! Or just air dry on the ride back!

We paid for a 4hr ride but only were given a 3hr ride the insurance fee should be mentioned and added in instead of telling ppl the ride is $101 just let them know there’s a$57 fee per driver

Hidden fees! Do not waste your money

Hidden fees that are applied when you arrive at the facility. When I asked questions about why I wasn’t told that the ATV fees were not included with the $398.00 I paid. I was told I had “bad energy” and “DO NOT GIVE THEM A RIDE BACK TO THE BOAT”. The day prior they sent out an email stating $54.50 was not charged and needed to be paid along with the ATVs fees (paid $398.00 for a transportation). I never requested for transportation from the company.

The experience was generally good, offering a fun option to a beach day in Nassau. Be aware of the $54.50 per person mandatory insurance due on site. Also - round trip pick up from cruise port was $22 per person. Beach break was too short and too far from food kiosks to enjoy a snack or lunch.

Awesome way to see a good part of the island. Our guide, ‘Big E,’ made it a ton of fun. We had 10 in our group, and a few of the wives didn’t want to drive, but the bigger ATVs had seat backs and were very comfortable for them. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience Nassau and have fun doing it!

Ask to be in a small group, there was 5 drivers in our group and about 20 in another. We were waiting a lot for other group to catch up. And for the guides to keep track of that many riders going all over the slums of new providence really made our trip boring and not getting to see better landmarks.

You rode new ATV’s, new helmets, excellent and attentive tour guides and you make no mention of that. It is our job to look out and take care all of our travelers and to the best of our ability to ensure their safety and safe return. I’m sure you would have appreciated this if it was you or someone in your group that wasn’t 100% comfortable and need a little extra attention. Next time you can request a private tour for your group if you don’t want to interact with strangers as we do with many celebrities however it will cost you $500 per person. Safe travels

We had a great time on the ATV tour. Our leaders were great and we saw some great sights and views. The equipment was top of the line! I wish we would have spent less time on the main roads. Our guides did a terrific job or guiding us through the trafiic, but it was a bit scary. Also, on our stop at the beach, we were told to be back in 30 minutes. We didn't know that sopme people in our group were doing the jet skis there. We waited at the bikes for 30 minutes until they wre done. They should either not combine people with different activities, or just tell us we have an hour there. We probably would have eaten luch there. We though we didn't have time.

ATV were great and the trip was fun. The guides made sure we were safe at all time and were kind. The tour was about 2.5 hours from the time we left the compound to when we returned. We booked the 9 am tour to avoid the afternoon heat. The ATV were in excellent running condition. The one complain is that we stopped at couple places mostly for the purpose of having us buy things and therefore had less time to spend at nicer places. We also got stuck in heavy traffic going through Bay street on the way back. Also be aware of the $45.00 mandatory insurance per driver which is not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

It was a really good tour. Got to see the island and learn some history. I was hoping to get out and get a little dirty, but I wasn’t disappointed regardless of missing that. I don’t even know if the Bahamas have mountains like Jamaica, but the overall experience was pretty good. I would definitely recommend.
