Sandy and Mario were outstanding. Fortunately, I was the third guest of three. It was like a private tour, since our group was so small. We could ask as many questions as we wanted. Me, as a history nerd, enjoyed that part. Sandy made us feel like we were family. She knew her history and was engaged the entire tour. She didn't allow for any dull moments. Mario's personality is great and it works well, as it is different from Sandy. His driving was purposeful and didn't allow the traffic to put him in a bad mood. We parked close to every entrance and never had to walk far. Absolutely a five star experience.

We had a great experience on the Nassau tour. Both the guide and the driver were very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed learning about the history of the island, tasting local food, and visiting popular landmarks.

This was a fabulous alternative to normal cruise ship offerings. Much more personal, lots of great opportunities to taste drinks and food. Our guide, Candy, was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The bus driver, Jason, added a lot of fun too! Loved learning about the island too.

Great food and history. Sandi, our tour guide is well versed of Bahamian history and cusine. Especially love the Conch salad and the tamarind glazed chicken wings at the Drifters same with the rum cake andcthe shot of rum. đđ

My family of 5 really enjoyed this tour. We love history and food and this was a great way to get away from the cruise ship crowd for a more immersive experience. We happened to be the only group on the tour but it didnât stop the guides from giving their best at providing us with a great experience. Plenty of food and drink mixed in with history and culture of Nassau. We loved that we were taken to the local places where the guides knew the fish mongers and museum guides, store and restaurant owners. Nothing was pushy about wanting you to shop at the places they took us, although there was opportunity at several places to do a little pressure free shopping. We would highly recommend to anyone, especially those with a short amount of time while on a cruise day stop.

Sandi and Jason were great hosts for a 3.5+ hour tour of Nassau. Lots of history and tasting sprinkled in with humor and sightseeing. Relaxed pace but felt like we got a lot done. The tea shop wasnât really needed.

Wonderful food sampling, especially the fresh conk salad. We enjoyed Bahama mamaâs water and various other samplings at different stops our tour guide.

Enjoyed Sandy our guide and Kevin our driver. Would highly recommend an additional step to get into the bus to prevent the fall and bruising I experienced trying to step up into the high step.

From history to hands on with conch, this was a great tour to enjoy all the local treats. Rum cake, teas, conch, fish, beer - so enjoyable. We appreciated it was laid back but packed with interesting info, and yummy stuff. Thank you, thoroughly enjoyed!

This tour was the perfect blend of history and trying the local cuisine. The food was amazing and it was a really nice touch that they provided water for us in between stops. Sandi was very thorough with the tour and she was amazing. Kevin also did a great job driving through some tricky roads. We highly recommend!

The tour is awesome. Our driver and guides we're very knowledgeable. We got to try authentic foods and learn about the history. The tour makes lots of stops and their is plenty of time to shop. I enjoyed the lunch stop and tea shop. You stop at a fish market and rum cake shop as well. The guide shows various different other landmarks as well. If your staying or on a cruise stop, I would recommend this tour.

This was really wonderful! Sandy and Jason were so fun and informative and what I loved the most was the unique places they took us too. Iâve been to the Bahamas many times and all the tours do the same thing. This was so great and taking us to places we wouldnât have found on our own was perfect. If youâre getting off the cruise ships, youâll go outside the big gates and find them at the pink fountain across the street. At least this was the process as of 2/2026. We would do this tour again and recommend to anyone. Families could do this⌠however know that it includes some alcohol tastings, but of course they have non alcohol options.

The tour of the Bahamas was an absolute adventure! We learned fascinating facts about the islands and dove into the full conch experience from harvesting and hand-picking fresh conch to enjoying it for a delicious lunch. It was fun, flavorful, and unforgettable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Bahamas!

This was the best combination of sight seeing, history, and food tour! Sandi was a great guide and our driver added to our fun with his humor. Our friends had never been in a good tour and that said it was the best excursion they had ever been on! Thanks for making our stay in Nassau extra special.

Sandy and Mario were great travel guides. Very knowledgeable. Our adventure was very pleasant and there was only 4 of us so it was great. I only wish it included a stop at the beach but we ran out of time.

Overall, it was a great experience with Sandy! We were supposed to go on a Thursday, but the driver forgot us. We were able to join the next, and we're glad we did. Sandy was very knowledgeable about her country and we saw some very unique and notable places on the island.

Good cultural and historical information shared. Pleasant staff and driver. Nice island tour. Food samples of rum cake, rum drink, health food teas and conch seafood salad were shared as well as a Caribbean chicken, rice, and veggies dinner. Expected a little more food besides the very small samples and a meal. Received more cultural narratives. Was a pleasant way to spend time in Nassau.

This is a fabulous tour - entertaining, informative and tasty! Touring Fort Montague was really interesting from the history perspective, but be sure to take a minute to look at the design of the cannons for both swiveling and recoil. The fish market and explanation of conch ecology and biology was fascinating. Our guide, Sandy, was extremely knowledgable and driver, Jason, was a hoot. Together they make a terrific team! Definitely worth the $. Things to know: Minimal walking, although there is one stop that requires roughly a block of walking, but is well worth it. They offer Bahamian non-alcoholic alternatives for those not wishing to partake.

My hubby and I have found that these food and history tours are a great way to see the places we travel to, and this was no exception. Our tour guide wonderful guide and driver made us feel like family. There were historical facts and great food and drink along with lots and lots of laughter! We are now fans of conch salad! Delicious! I highly recommend this tour for a taste of some local flavors and getting a little back story on Nassau!
