What are people saying about Azores

I speak for the four of...
I speak for the four of us - Marcio, our driver/guide was absolutely fabulous! He is a native Azorean, highly knowledgeable, intelligent, articulate, and very engaging! Very safe driver in the twisty mountain roads. Tour was just eight passengers including the four of us. Marcio engaged with each passenger group along the way. He answered all of our questions about history, geography, topography, industry, etc. We enjoyed a delightful buffet lunch offering a variety of local cuisine. The weather changes minute to minute so our first pass of the Kings View was enveloped in clouds, so we continued on. Later in the trip the clouds had passed and Marcio took us back for spectacular views! We truly enjoyed our fellow passengers from Canada, France and Wales. We highly recommend Pure Azores and especially Marcio!

Get foodie walking tour in Ponta Delgada
Isha was so kind, patient, and lovely within her community of foodies! She shared some history, lots of local culture and great eats too! Her pace was very well timed and her co- workers worked together seamlessly to give us a wonderful experience! If we were staying overnight there we would definitely have dinner at Hungry Whales’ restaurant, Rootz!

Highly recommend!!
This trip was amazing! Not only did we get to see 2 blue whales, a pod of Ocre Whales, common and bottlenose dolphins, but all of the marine biologists were simply phenomenal! They answered all of my kids’ questions and were genuinely as thrilled to see the wildlife as we were. I highly recommend!

A great day from start to finish!
The trip was well planned, and the short drives from point to point made the experience even more enjoyable. Exploring Furnas and Povoaçao village was absolutely breathtaking. The Cozido was delicious, trully unique and prepared in such an extraordinary way! It is worth paying for it. We were grateful to have an excellent guide, Eduardo, who showed us the very best of the island's east side. Thank you, Eduardo, x 1000 !

The Azores may only look like tiny specks on a globe, but this little archipelago brings a lot to the table—especially for travelers who love the great outdoors. Azores tours include 4WD excursions, canyoning and caving adventures for all skill levels, boat trips to look for whales and dolphins, visits to tea and pineapple plantations, and a chance to see the sparkling blue-green lakes that fill the craters of dormant Azores volcanoes.
