Great tour to take for first timers! Our four instructors we very encouraging and helping us all throughout the time of our tour! They would very well together and make sure everyone is safe! There were three waterfalls we went down and a 15 minute hike just uphill to get back to our cars!

This was a super fun way to get into canyoning. It was a lot of adrenaline but still safe!
Bruno, Kinga, Carolina (both of them), and Paul made sure everyone felt comfortable, had fun, and kept the energy high while being really funny.
Do this on your first morning to get the blood pumping!

Couldn't recommend this experience enough. Amazing views and Canyoning down the beautiful waterfall. It was such a fun couple hours and made everyone there feel very safe, whatever their level. Especially thanks to Carolina who was a fab guide, the guys were good too but I can't quite remember their names :).

What a great experience and highlighted by the awesome tour guides Manuel, Dawid & Carolina. Definitely something for all ages a as they will ensure it's fun for all. Good intro into some rappels, ziplines and cliff jumping.

Paulo, Bruno and the rest of the team were amazing guides. My friend and I enjoyed this experience. All the equipment was clean and in excellent condition. We felt very comfortable and the team guided us through the entire process even though we had no canyoning experience prior to this. Highly recommend!

This might be the best tour in the Azores. We did 4 (through Viator) during our 1.5 weeks in the Azores and while they were all amazing in their own ways, this one stood out far above the rest. Super fun guides make sure you stay safe but have an exhilarating adventure. No experience needed, but it's still a ton of fun for people who do a lot of this type of thing (we like to hike/ski/rock climb). The tour company provides everything you need, although we brought a GoPro to capture some of the fun. Would recommend to anyone!

If you're still reading this and you haven't booked this excursion yet, then you're doing it wrong! The best experience here on the island is with this group. As all the other reviews have told you, Bruno and the team are FANTASTIC, funny, and very kind. They will make you feel safe, but they will also encourage you to live a little and go for those jumps (always optional)! As always, safety first... my wife and I were here for anniversary, and we loved this experience.

We went to the Azores for our honeymoon and booked this tour on one of our days. I cannot express how much we enjoyed this experience! My husband had done repelling before but this was my first time and both Bruno and David were extremely supportive, patient, and loads of fun. I think I now got the repelling bug and want to do it again! The entire experience felt safe, and very exciting. We lucked out on being in a smaller group (2 other couples) and the weather was fantastic. We got to do an extra canyon and just chatted with everyone. If you are visiting the island, definitely book this experience!

I knew that I wanted my first canyoning experience to be with Azorean Active Blueberry because of their online reviews. They exceeded my expectations in so many ways. They made everyone feel comfortable, it never felt rushed, and each participant was encouraged and cheered at every level. I was picked up at my apartment and what a blessing that was! It gave me a half hour of the best conversation with two of the most genuine and caring people that I have met, Carla and Filipe. And because of their calm, reassuring nature, everyone was so relaxed and we all bonded easily. We cheered each on, we became invested in each other’s success. The location was very pretty, good gear, friendly staff but it was a bit too short. I wish it was an hour or so longer it was only a few jumps and rappeling

Amazing experience with very nice staff. We enjoyed it and we laughed all the way!!! The group was so happy and by the end we all got to know each other thanks to the nice atmosphere cause by our guides!
