Our tour guide Jeni, was REALLY funny and kind and really good at ukulele. She made really good hot chocolate and she had a lot of knowledge on the waterfall. She brought us cookies and banana bread and offered to take u to the supermarket or chemist if we needed. She was NOT racist, idk what some of y’all are on about. 5 stars

This was a great service. The driver was great with communication before the ride. On the day of our trip, he was on time and got our luggage loaded and everyone in our big group set. Overall, great value for money if you have tons of luggage and/or family with mobility issues that would make taking public transportation difficult.

Excellent communication from Viator and through the local service-Kojji. Initially, I was nervous at first not being greeted with a sign for identification in the airport. However, through WhatsApp messages, we were able to meet our driver immediately in the exact spot designated. 2 thumbs up!

Easy quick trip across the bay. One member of the staff whose name I think was Inness, was especially helpful. He sat down with us and together we went through the guide book on what to see and do for our day on Magnetic Island. He also gave us a detailed explanation on how the island name came about. A big shoutout to this staff member.

My husband and I had a wonderful day at Uluru with our tireless driver, Andy and knowledgeable tour guide, Yad. My husband celebrated his 80th birthday with a sunset barbecue at Uluru, a truly memorable experience, made even more memorable by the staff of Emu, who went out of their way to help me surprise him. Special thanks to Krisna and her manager at Emu., who were truly extraordinary. Our driver, Andy drove over four hours from Alice Springs to Uluru and then another more than four hours back at night. Yad, our tour guide, provided interesting and beautifully balanced commentary on the cultural significance for the Pitjantjatjara people, as well as the geological explanation for the existence of Uluru. Oh, and the barbecue with bubbly provided just the right finish for the day. P.S. A netting helmet is a must, as the flies (of the non-biting kind) constantly buzzed around our heads as we toured the beautiful Uluru Rock. But this was a small price to pay for visiting this iconic site.

After having a terrible pickup from the airport we decided to give them a second chance and have them pick us up from our hotel for departure since it was already scheduled. This was so much better because of one thing…I called to reconfirm the day before…they had several details wrong but I was able to get them corrected and the driver was early and it was just a wonderful transfer to the airport. He had forgotten about one of our bags as had we when he drove off, but he came right back around immediately and dropped it off. You just are going to need to be clear, reconfirm and make sure you got everything! They did a good job this time and I have learned to make sure to reconfirm everything and focus more on what they do or don’t do.

Picked up the tickets the day before as the tour operator was very busy on the morning of the tour. Long queue to get on. Limited outside seating on the ferry and limited upstairs seating inside. Staff very friendly on the ferry. Great views along the river and commentary was informative. Island lovely to walk around plenty to see and do for the long day.

What an incredible, intimate glimpse into these beautiful creatures and their habits. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the experience both interesting and educational too! The trip starts a bit outside Byron, so take a shuttle! The whole experience door to door from the town of Byron will take about 4 hours total. It was such an exciting morning out, though! The boat they use is perfect for this kind of tour - fast but also shaded and dry.
