Very easy to check-in after our flight and easy locating the minibus. Easy drive down to Airlie Beach and drop off was right near our hostel. Our driver was lovely and cheerful. We even saw her the day after and she happily waved at us, it was very wholesome! Price was very good value for money with how hassle free you guys made it. Thankyou!

Our flight from Brisbane was diverted to Mackay due to weather and these guys were absolute gems! With the choas & uncertainty of how Jetstar was getting us to Proserpine, Heart of the Reef made me feel like one part of our journey was covered and I didnt have to stress... even with such a late evening arrival (eventually) Communication was amazing and staff friendly and helpful. Thank u. Absolutely recommend

Really quick and smooth process from getting off the plane and straight into the shuttle. The driver was lovely and gave us information on our destination pinpointing certain places as we were driving past with recommendations and leaflets too.

Did the job. Shuttle bus was very uncomfortable. There were a few pick ups so it was a long trip.
We used another company going in. A little more expensive, much more comfortable

We are sorry to hear you were uncomfortable, however you were one of our newer buses and you booked on the shared shuttle which means, there are other stops along the way to get to the airport. Got us to the airport on time and safely. Thought driver drove a bit fast likely due to the number of stops he had to make. Lots of up and down hill pickups put a lot of strain on the vehicle breaking system and transmission.

The bus was right outside the airport. The driver was very friendly und helpful with the luggage. During the transfer from Witsunday Coast Airport (PPP) to Airlie Beach he gave useful information. Arrived at the Bus Stop in Airlie Beach he showed the way we had to go to our hotel! Excellent service!
