Experience was so easy. Steve was waiting at the cruise ship terminal which was unexpected. Steve and Jenni were wonderful tour guides / hosts. Beautiful setting , informative commentary along the way. Lovely morning tea provided as well. Can not fault our day at Cedar Falls. Also had a bit of time afterwards to explore Airlie beach before heading back to the ship. Thank you Steve and Jenni for a wonderful day

Our tour guide Jeni, was REALLY funny and kind and really good at ukulele. She made really good hot chocolate and she had a lot of knowledge on the waterfall. She brought us cookies and banana bread and offered to take u to the supermarket or chemist if we needed. She was NOT racist, idk what some of y’all are on about. 5 stars

If you are visiting Airlie Beach, I would highly recommend this tour. Jenni the tour guide and bus driver was very friendly and even dropped us back to our apartment.
The Cedar creek falls were beautiful and very peaceful. A lovely swimming spot. Bring runners as there is a short walk up a hill to the top of the water fall. We brought our own water shoes, but the company provided some.
The banana bread was lovely and nice to have a hot drink.
Jenni provided some history of Airlie Beach and Whitsundays which was very interesting.

Beautiful waterhole. Even if the waterfall isn't flowing much, it's a great place to swim. We went 1st June and it was cold but lovely and refreshing. Jenny our host provided great snacks including homemade cookies. She was great and made us feel welcome.

Airlie Beach: Cedar Creek Express
Communication on what to expect during our tour, where our pick-up location was and that the day regardless of weather would would not disappoint.
They were spot on - we had a leasurly trip to the falls and waterhole. Once arrived was supplies with water shoes for comfort when accessing the water. A light snack was supplied along with one of the guides singing some tunes while playing the ukulele.
Ample free time to swim and just wonder

Our driver was really cool and funny & he told us a lot of history about the place. The waterfall was really pretty and the water was perfect and refreshing to swim in. My partner and I climbed all the way to the top as well, to all the rock pools which all were so beautiful and nice to swim in.

It is a nice trip, only 2 and a half hours, transport was prompt and efficient
The falls are good, but it is very rocky underfoot, so some sort of swimming footwear is required

Great time. Driver was friendly. Offered us lolly pops, ice pops, pool noodles. 90 minutes at the creek is more than enough. Highly recommend this if you want to see the creek stress free

We left for the adventure 20 minutes late, and then we were dropped off and while we were dropped off, I flood came through and blocked our way out of where we were and our driver was gone, picking up another set of people when he got back the river was blocked and we never did see him again however we had from another company. They brought us back to Port and got us across and took care of us.

Had a fabulous few hours at the falls. Met some new people. Great way to cool off in the heat. I was pleased I had taken my swimming shoes to climb over a couple of rocks to get into river. Thank you Tina you were a Great Guide and fellow kiwi. Interesting chat on way there and back.

Was a perfect little trip coming off a cruise ship for the day. Whilst the weather in Airlie was wild, we enjoyed our time at the falls. Unexpectedly the tour went longer, as the creek water had risen over the the road and we weren’t able to pass on our way back. Our driver Jenny is to be commended for keeping everyone calm and in the loop on what was going and ensuring our safety. Definitely an adventure the kids haven’t stopped talking about :)

Take mosquito repellent and something soft to sit on if you’re not going in the water, the rocks aren’t that comfortable.

Cedar creek waterfall was gorgeous! The driver was great and we had a great time. However, the information re: where to be picked up was very confusing when booking through the Viator app. The two locations that provided wasn’t the location that they ended up being in! Also, there was no number to contact to confirm the pickup point either.

I really enjoyed this quick trip to the Cedar Falls. The falls are really worth going to see. You can swim and just enjoy the natural beauty. The tour guides DTo and Dan are great. I enjoyed having a chat with DTo. Great price, great service and beautiful place. Loved it 😃

Cedar Creek Falls is fairly secluded, so this shuttle bus was exactly what we were looking for to be able to get there and back from Airlie beach. They also provided pool noodles which made swimming in the deeper parts that much easier. We brought our own water shoes which I recommend you bring, as it is quite rough on your feet. 90 mins was just the right amount of time to spend at Cedar Creek Falls. The short trip was topped off by the van being so well air-conditioned! Would recommend this trip to others wanting a super comfortable and easy half day transfer to Cedar Creek Falls.

The Shuttle Service was good and the driver very friendly. Very good service and I liked the ice after. Unfortunately the waterfall was too dry and there was just a small lake you could swim in. But it was okay for the price and 1-2 hours. (I would not spend more time there).

Waterfall was amazing, sadly can’t remember the name of our driver but he was great, even giving us icey poles on the way back and plastic bags for our wet swimwear as well! Perfect for if you want to visit the waterfall and don’t have a car.
