My driver is really good. He picked me up in the airport and then picked me up again the hotel where I stayed. I went into the wrong terminal but my driver was able to get me to the right terminal where the Carnival Adventure docks. I highly recommend Abdul for drop off and pickup when you are in Sydney, Australia. 5 stars.

Once in the arrivals hall, the driver found us in less than 5 minutes. The driver assisted with our luggage and took us to our hotel. I gave 4 stars as the inside of the vehicle was messier than expecte.

From the airport, the service parking public parking, rather than at the departure are in the airport. With 5 people (3 requiring wheelchairs at the airport) along with heavy luggage for a 26 day cruise the walk out to the parking structure with our luggage and no wheelchairs was very challenging and exhausting.

Make sure you turn your phone on for earlier contact aside from the arrivals area post customs but you can’t use your phone in the secure areas. For Australia, declare you are carrying meds or supplements to avoid confiscation or a fine. It only took an extra ten minutes to do that inspection and they do it with a friendly (don’t try to pet it) sniffing dog so if nothing sniffed, no bags are inspected and you’re on your way. If you don’t declare, and were picked for a random inspection, then the fines could occur.

I booked this because I needed a big van for 5 persons and a lot of luggage. Ad and ticket both said Mercedes V class, what we got was a Kia minivan. Had to take a separate taxi because we couldn't fit. Plus, the driver was late.

We appreciate your valuable feedback. Both the Mercedes Van and Kia Van can accommodate up to 6 passengers with 6 large pieces of luggage. If you are carrying more bags, you will need to book a larger vehicle, such as a 10-seater, or inform us in advance so we can advise you accordingly.

Syed Arhaan Saif texted me as soon as we landed with details to let him know when we got our bags. He also sent a video of where to meet him which was very helpful. He was right on time, his vehicle was very comfortable and got us to our hotel safely. Highly recommend!

Our driver stayed in touch with us from the time we landed at SYD, waiting patiently while our missing piece of luggage was located. He reassured us and met us outside the arrival area in person. He was kind and had pleasant conversation with my husband. He also answered some questions about the area as we journeyed to our hotel. And he drove well! Thank you.

We waited an hour for the driver to pick us up. After an 11 hour flight we were not happy. We had to call to find out where the driver was. He was sitting in the parking structure. Why wasn’t he waiting for us as we expected.

Your pickup was scheduled for 7:30 AM. Your flight landed at 6:29 AM, and the driver contacted you at 6:38 AM asking you to inform him once you had collected your luggage. The driver was already waiting inside the arrivals hall near SIM Planet and also attempted to call you multiple times. However, if the mobile number provided was incorrect, it would have been difficult for the driver to reach you or locate you.
Additionally, I am not sure where the one-hour waiting time occurred, as your scheduled pickup time was 7:30 AM and the driver picked you up at 7:32 AM.

My experience was not “luxury”. I waited 15-20 minutes after clearing customs. This was my first visit to Sydney and thought this would be a great option after a long flight but taking an Uber, Taxi, or train would’ve given similarly if not better experience.

We have carefully investigated the matter and confirmed that the driver remained in constant contact with you via WhatsApp throughout the pickup process. After you collected your bags, the driver parked the vehicle and came inside the terminal to meet you within approximately 10 minutes.
As it was raining continuously throughout the day, it took slightly longer than usual for the driver to find suitable parking and reach the terminal. However, please be assured that we always aim to provide timely service and never intend to delay any of our passengers.

It was great having someone waiting for us inside the airport to help with our luggage. The vehicle was very nice and very clean and we enjoyed chatting with our driver as he took us from the airport to our hotel in the city of Sydney.

Great communication! We had to change the pick up time a couple of times as flights were changed and the company didn’t miss a beat and adjusted with us!
The driver showed up early and called to let us he was available early, when we were ready.
We stayed at an Air B&B, not a hotel, and that didn’t cause a hiccup.

Tour operator never responded to my request for confirmation of pick up location. Phone calls went to voicemail. Did not receive timely response to chat on Viator app. Ended up getting an Uber. Very disappointed

Your initial booking was for 26th January, however you arrived on 25th January, which is one day earlier than originally booked.
Your amendment request was received late at night, and unfortunately our drivers were already fully booked for 25th January, so we were unable to accommodate the change.
A refund has been processed for your booking amount.
