Driver arrived 30 minutes before departure time, sent text asking for notification of when we had retrieved luggage and pictures of his van with location. We arrived one hour early, and they accommodated our 6-person group by picking us up early so we didn't have to wait. The van was also clean, was able to hold all our luggage (8 pieces), and the driver was friendly. I would absolutely work with this company again and recommend it to others.

This ranks as one of my very best travel experiences. Every penny spent, and every minute it took to get there was absolutely worth it. Our guide, Erik, was funny and engaging, and knew exactly how to make the experience fun. He shared little tips and tricks throughout the day that helped us get the most out of the tour. I also have to give credit to the tour company. I accidentally booked the wrong date, but they were incredibly flexible and accommodated the change without any hassle, allowing us to enjoy the experience. Giethoorn was simply stunning. A trip to Amsterdam/ Netherlands isn’t complete without visiting this beautiful village. I initially thought the extra hour after the boat ride would be unnecessary but i couldn’t have been more wrong. If anything, we could have used even more time to wander, explore, and soak it all in. Reliable transport would recommend.

We had a cancellation and traveled a day late and also had a 4 hour delay and company and driver accommodated. I really appreciate that these airport transfers are watching your arrival and understand that air transportation is unreliable and are so flexible. The car was large and comfortable and the driver very professional. Even though it costs more than an uber, I find scheduling airport transfers after an international arrival worth it in terms of peace of mind and ease.

Excellent driver

Driver met us at the airport and kept in contact. No issues other than navigating through the airport to get to the pickup point. Not the driver's fault as he tried to help us but we struggled trying to get our bags as their baggage delivery was fairly messed up. Finally got our bags and then had to try to navigate to the pickup point which was also difficult. Once there the driver met us at where we were supposed to meet and greeted us and loaded our bags and drove us to our Airbnb. He was very friendly and helpful and like I say kept in contact the whole time.

Very fun & delicious Amsterdam food tour

Our family of 2 adults and 1 teen had a super fun time with Stephanie our guide, and one other couple. It was great to be a small group. We walked to six different stops in a vibrant and colorful Amsterdam neighborhood. The snacks/food that we sampled were all local and different than what we eat at home (except for the cheese, but it was better cheese than US cheese ;)). We also had beer/wine/drink of choice at almost all the places, also included. Stephanie our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, taught us some cool Amsterdam/Dutch info, and easygoing. We had a great time!

Keukenhoff and Zaase Schwann experience

The gardens at keukenhoff are amazing. This trip was better than I expected. We were fortunate enough to still get to see gardens. I think it was going to be closing for season middle of May. Absolutely breathtaking! Enjoyed Zaase Schwann walking around wind mills and cheese samples, demonstration of wooden shoes was great, family operation for many generations. Highly recommend this tour!

Visiting Keukenhof was truly unforgettable. The gardens were absolutely beautiful — every path felt like a postcard filled with vibrant tulips and incredible floral displays. Worked Perfectly and was Stress-free

Worked as advertised. The pickup company was in touch with me starting the night before and everything went perfectly. We just didn't want to have to deal with dragging luggage to the train, figuring out the schedule and tickets, then boarding the train, finding the right terminal, etc. This reservation made everything easy. Pickup at the front door and drop off right were we needed to be at the airport.
