We were delayed for 2 hours in the Amsterdam airport waiting for our luggage to be unloaded off the plane. When we were finally ready to head to the hotel, our driver was nowhere to be found. We looked all over. We therefore had to pay a pricey sum to take a taxi to the hotel. We were not happy at all. Would not recommend to family and friends to book with Viator if traveling to Amsterdam.

Dear Ronald, Your driver waited for almost 2 hours for you at the airport but you was not there and you did not informed us about your delay! He left the airport after all the baggage was handled. I have here pictures of your driver waiting with a nameplate with your on it at the Airport for proof that we where there! How could we know that you had a delay if you not informd our customer service? We send you text messages and we tried to call you several times including me but you did not respond to our calls. And why didn't you contact us when you arrived at the airport? We also let you know in the extra net of Viator that you have to contact us if you can't locate your driver and your answer was "yes thank you" but you did't contact us! We could send a driver for you as well. This review is not fair and I request you to remove this!

Best choice for Amsterdam airport transfer

After an 18-20 hour travel day the last thing our group of four with 6+ pieces of luggage wanted to worry about was taxi or train service from the Amsterdam airport to our city center hotel. Although our flight was almost an hour early, we received a text message as soon as we were off the plane from our driver, Enrico, letting us know that he was waiting for us at arrivals. Enrico was very polite and professional and took us and our luggage to a clean and comfortable luxury van for the ride to the hotel. Very satisfied with service and cost.
