Faruk provided transfer service to Schiphol from Amsterdam City Center on our departure date and service was excellent. He contacted us the day before departure to confirm our pickup time, and again about 10 minutes before he arrived. Hie arrived on time with a vehicle that was immaculate and very comfortable. Faruk was very friendly and a great driver. The trip was stress free and we had ample time to navigate check-in and get a bite to eat before our departure. Definitely recommend Faruk’s service for any transportation needs!

The transfer went perfectly. Faruk was nice and professional. Overall good communication and service. I do think for international flights they should factor in that people will take longer to get through immigration before starting to add on extra fees for being late.

While some passengers may be outside within 20 minutes, others may take longer, which can make it challenging to keep costs as competitive as possible for everyone. We strive to balance flexibility and efficiency. That's why we provide 70 minutes of waiting time, which is already 10 minutes more than most other companies offer in the Netherlands. If more time is needed, we are happy to accommodate, but it would fall under a VIP service, which comes with additional costs. Our goal is to keep our services affordable while maintaining a high level of professionalism and convenience for all customers. We appreciate your understanding!
