At 10:30 am I arrive at the Agriturismo "Il Tintore". Greetings and a small welcome drink. Then delivery of the baskets that will be used for the collection of seasonal products directly in the garden. At the end what was collected is taken to the kitchen and preparation begins. First of all it is explained how do pasta by hand (Gnocchi or Tagliatelle) with the details of the quantity of ingredients and then proceed to the dough. Then the guests prepare the sauce with what they collected in the garden. With the same products we prepare a second and TUTTI A TAVOLA ....

The lesson takes about 2 hrs during which you will be explained how to make a really good pizza using their longstanding traditional family recipe. Afterwards it is time to put aprons on and start working on the already prepared dough!!! Accompanied by the staff you will follow instruction on how to toss the pizza in the air and have lots of fun making your own “Pizza Margherita”, two minutes in the wood fired oven and, hey presto is ready to enjoy!!!
