The setting was beautiful, Astonishingly beautiful! The teacher was welcoming and skilled and his instructions during the class were clear. The locals who usually do the class were very friendly. All in all, a great vibe! Improvements? Thicker mats, or an option to use two could be a bonus, and for me, blocks for better seating alignment, particularly for rotations. Creating a photo opportunity at the end would have been nice to make it feel less awkward. These would have been a bonus but it was excellent anyway!

This was such a lovely experience! Our instructor was great and led us through an enjoyable class. The sunset and water really added to the ambiance. We would definitely recommend!

A beautiful way to continue your practice whilst on holiday, possibly a bit much for absolute beginners but plenty of ways to adapt more complex moves if you have some knowledge. The most perfect ending of savasana during sunset. Just watch your mat placement so you're not sprayed by a rogue wave against the surrounding rocks!

A nice and relaxing yoga experience at sunset. It was a little more challenging then a beginner's yoga class, but still ok for a beginner like me. Teacher was helpful and attentive. It was a great way to clear our minds at the end of our trip. Would do this on a return trip!

A once in a lifetime amazing experience

Truly in unforgettable experience. My friend and I went at 7:00 pm to do yoga over the sunset of sorrento. Located directly on the dock of one of the beach clubs, we were able to stretch and do dynamic yoga poses in front of one of the most beautiful views in the world. This was the perfect time to go, as the beach clubs start closing around this time and you are able to focus on the waves splashing and the sounds of nature. Our instructor was also extremely helpful. We were the only english speakers and he made the entire class in english for us and helped us with our form and posture throughout, and thoroughly explained the mediations and breathing techniques that we have never done before. This class was difficult for sure, but it was so well worth it for the environment and the view. My friend and I are both beginners, but with our instructors help we were able to keep up. He also offered us flavored water and apricots after class, and all of his regular students joined him. What a great once in a lifetime experience!!!! I reccomend everyone try this at least once!

What a great experience! Fantastic location with stunning views to the sunset and visuv. Great yoga instructor who was very good at guiding and helping out. Very nice people and a great atmosphere. I regret that I did not do it on Monday also so I could have experienced this twice during my vacation.

Everything about this was fantastic! The location out on the water, sunset, waves crashing and the instructor was very pleasant. They served fruit and water after, which was very refreshing. I highly recommend!
