    Paulina was an exceptional guide for the Jewish Quarter walking tour. She was incredibly personable and engaging, making us feel comfortable from the start. Her depth of knowledge was evident throughout, but what really stood out was the way she delivered it, with genuine empathy and respect for such an important and sensitive history. Her storytelling was thoughtful, insightful, and deeply moving without ever feeling overwhelming. She brought the past to life in a way that felt both meaningful and memorable. A truly excellent tour - we highly recommend Paulina.

    I asked for a refund of this tour 30 minutes into it. Our guide Josh walked in silence past many important sites looking at Google maps on his phone before he finally gave us any information, and even that was 'this is the memorial to people who died'. Riveting stuff. I expect if you have a different guide who is more knowlegable, knows the tour and wasn't their first time running it, and who actually wanted to be there, you would have a much better experience than us. I had done a similar tour many years ago and had such solid memories of the information I learned, it's a shame to have this occur. I couldn't give less than one star, but I would have if I could.
