The pianist captured the poetic spirit of Chopin with remarkable energy. Each phrase felt carefully shaped yet beautifully flowing. The performance left a lasting impression through its warmth and expressive clarity. At the end of the show people started crying.

The Fryderyk Concert Hall is one of Warsaw’s most beautiful and luxurious musical venues, with the intimate feel of the 19th-century salons in which Fryderyk Chopin performed. What a delightful venue with incredible acoustics for this concert! Our pianist tonight couldn't have done any better at Carnegie Hall. The music was mesmerizing and watching his hands perform was captivating. I am not a classical music officiated by a long stretch, but this concert is a must. Do get there about 10-15 minutes early. Do get a seat where you can see the keyboard, do not come in 10 minutes late, plop your butt in a chair directly across the Steinway from the pianist and whip out your camera! There is a 10 minute intermission and CD to purchase if you choose. Just make time to go!

Beautiful salon - but! I was told which row to sit in, when there were many better seats free. Noisy air conditioning. A small child was allowed in. There were people videoing the concert, which was even more annoying because they were reflected in a giant mirror behind the piano. The octagenarian pianist was terrible. She banged out every note as though she had a personal grudge against the piano.

Very touristy overpriced boring

Very touristy. A concert mill. Overpriced. The room was way too hot. Uncomfortable. Most pieces were very technical. They did show off a considerable, technical professional skill of the pianist but were boring. The concert missed the most beautiful, melodic pieces by Chopin for which he is famous. The concert was topped by three pieces by other composers. Why??? We paid over $60 to listen to CHOPIN. The other composers pieces were not very interesting at all, and the final Fuge from 1953 was boring. The repertoire choice was poor. "The wine" included in the premium concert price during a short break was a pathetic, microscopic glass of cheap bubbly. There were not even enough glasses for all guest!!!

It was amazing! The pianist performed with total expression. The room is small enough to bring a sense of togetherness yet large enough not to feel crowded. Half way through 10 rows give a great view of the performance specially if you are in the right aisle facing the front as I was. Therefore, arrive early to be the first to get in. When doors open.

First the venue is quaint and authentic atmosphere. We booked through Viatour and was able to pick a seat in row 1 or 2. While any seat was good - this gave you a real chance to see how amazing the pianist is! A new found appreciation and inspiration! Definitely worth attending!

A charming performance in an attractive and intimate venue by an experienced and talented artist. The choice of music was both interesting and entertaining, from Rachmaninoff to Chopin (of course). There are many concerts advertised in the streets obviously for tourists. This was not one of them.
