A fantastic and thorough tour! Agnieszka was incredibly knowledgeable and had answers to all of our group's questions. The tour itself was a good bit of walking without being at all strenuous--approx. 1.25 miles (2 km). We hit all of the sights and learned all about Warsaw Old Town's incredible history. I highly recommend this tour.

“Jack” was a wonderful tour guide who is a history, geotracking buff with a sense of humor. He made great efforts to reference the people on the tour and their countries to create a 2 and 1/2 hour walking community. Well done Jack. I learned and saw so much Dziękuję PS. Dress warm

Excellent Old Town Warsaw Walk

John_T, Jun 2026
What a terrific and worthwhile tour! I knew nothing about Warsaw's Old Town, and this was a terrific introduction to the history, culture, politics, and sights of Warsaw's Old Town. We had an amazingly energetic, friendly, organized, and upbeat guide, Aga, who was not only super knowledgeable, but handled a HUGE crowd of tourists on this tour with exemplary flair. Aga also had exceptionally good English and integrated several useful touring-lecture, teaching strategies into her presentation (I know--I'm a teacher!). She also answered all questions perfectly. A genuine pleasure and I recommend it and Aga to anybody in Warsaw who wants to learn about the history, culture, politics, and major sights of Old Town!

Our guide Michal shared with us his knowledge and understanding of several periods in the history of Warsaw and Poland. We learned a lot and enjoyed his insights and wit. Happy to recommend him to fellow travellers.

Nice but speedy

George_S, Jun 2026
It covers most of the places of interest however we were a group of more than thirty and there was not any speakers and headphones making difficult to understand the guide. The guide was good but was speaking very fast.

Informative Old Town tour

MaryJane_S, Jun 2026
This tour of the old Town of 6/11/2026, delivered by Jacek was excellent! He provided very knowledgeable historical and contemporary information about the area and activities that took place in this location over the eras. I highly recommend Jacek and his tour of the Old Town!

Fantastic walking tour! Highly recommended!

Old Town Warsaw walking tour

Todd_H, May 2026
Very historical insight from our tour guide who was excellent. Covered a lot of territory on the tour but never went into any buildings or churches. Was worth the cost of the tour. Our guide Michael spoke excellent English and knew everything about the history of Poland.

Very good old town walking tour

Alison_P, May 2026
J was an excellent tour guide. Knowledgable, humourous & passionate about what Poland has become after centuries of influences.. tour was well-paced & informative.

Very informative!

Kasie_C, May 2026
Andrew was very informative and knowledgeable about the history of Warsaw. His presentation was well organized and he stayed on task and he was also very patient with the loud protest happening all around us. The information about Warsaw is so important and Andrew’s presentation evoked a lot of emotion. I felt like this particular tour had too many people and I prefer a smaller group but over all, the tour and Andrew were great.

Great Tour

Michael was an amazing tour guide. We are so glad that we took this walking tour. It was well worth it!

Simply the best

Ryan_P, May 2026
I was in town for work and had a free day so took this tour. Andrey provided a stupendous tour of Old Town Warsaw. He covered centuries of history with humor and wit, even tactfully addressing the not so pleasant parts. I learned a tremendous amount. 10/10, no notes, could not recommend more, would 1,000% do this again.

It had been more than...

MariaTAlayza_S, May 2026
It had been more than half the time the tour was supposed to last and the tour guide had barely walked 100 mts and had kept on with a non stop history lesson that to be honest was too hard, boring and complicated for all of those non-Polish of us who were on this tour. This was supposed to be a city tour, not a never ending monologue on Polish history. You could tell it was too much for everybody and not what we expected. Besides, when we made our introductions to the tour guide and he asked where we are from, I didn’t appreciate at all that he made a political comment about my homestate in the USA, very untasteful and rude of him. It was very mortifying for me. In the end, the “ history lesson” was turning to be so boring that I left out. Very disappointing.

Good Experience

Tegan_L, May 2026
Tour guide was knowledgeable, candid about their own experiences and managed timing on the tour well. At the end everyone provided tips of 20 Zlots or more to the presenter.

Informative and Fun Tour

Mark_T, May 2026
The tour guide Aga did a wonderful job explaining the sites, history and the destruction and reconstruction of Old Town Warsaw. One of the best guides we have experienced.

Good tour

Best way to see Old Town

Trey_R, Apr 2026
Great way to learn a lot of Polish history while seeing beautiful architecture and monuments. Andre did a great job of conveying 1000 years of Warsaw’s tragic and fascinating history but in a fun and entertaining way. He has a very unique and dry sense of humor that we appreciated. Lots of walking but frequent stops for stories.

Old Towne tour

Oliwia was extremely knowledgeable and knew a lot about Old Town and the area. She made learning the history fun. Loved the photos and stories she shared along the way. Would highly recommend.

Go for the history, but bundle up.

RoseE_P, Apr 2026
Warsaw’s Old Town is undeniably rich with history, and a walking tour is one of the best ways to take it all in, but come prepared, because the weather can make or break your experience. We visited in early part of April, and the cold was no joke. What saved the tour entirely was our guide. He was warm, engaging, and genuinely entertaining, the kind of storyteller who brings centuries of history to life effortlessly. He even went out of his way to help us find moments of warmth during the walk, which was a small but really appreciated touch. You could tell he genuinely cared about our comfort and enjoyment, not just getting through the route. The history here is absolutely incredible layers of stories around every corner, and I left feeling like I actually learned something rather than just walked past old buildings. That said, I’d hesitate to recommend this tour without a strong caveat: dress for the weather. Thermals, a heavy coat, warm gloves, don’t underestimate it. If you’re underprepared, no amount of fascinating storytelling will fully compensate. Bottom line: a solid tour elevated by an exceptional guide. Go for the history, bundle up, and you’ll have a great time. 🧥🏰

Meh

Great experience!

Jessica_G, Apr 2026
This was a wonderful tour! Our guide, Andrew, was very knowledgeable and discussed the intense history of Warsaw with respect, gravitas, and also humor. We spent time touring outside as well as inside many significant buildings. Highly recommend!

Outstanding experience.

Suzanne_B, Apr 2026
Andrew was our route guide. He was an excellent story teller who have us such a good understanding of the history of Warsaw and further recommendations for museums and restaurants to visit. Worth every minute and it did not feel like two and a half hours. He gave spa for toilets and coffee during the tour making it suitable for my elderly mum.

Walk with Michael, Walkative!!!

Arina_Y, Mar 2026
The guide was at the meeting point early, and has organized the group very well. We walked a good pace, enjoyed all the commentary and Michael's humorous demeanor. Learned a lot about Poland history and Warsaw's sights in the old town. Got a list of tips and recommendations which was very helpful.
