On board our traditional ships, we will show a number of Warsaw attractions, such as: Copernicus Science Center, Warsaw Mermaid, panorama of the Old and New Town, National Stadium, parks and green areas on the right bank of the Vistula and many others, a modern center, beaches and a descent to a sandy island in the middle agglomeration.
Our ships provide comfort in the sun and rain. These are replicas of former historical vessels adapted to float on the Vistula River.

The landmark is the Copernicus Science Center. head in the direction of the boulevards, then go down the stairs straight to the river.Then walk 300 meters to the left along the boulevard. Then you will see a large brown two-level barge named Marina Warszawa. on the first level is the check-in area

A simple ride on the river -- well-organized depature, totally reasonable, and very simple. You can follow along on your phone to read and hear about the points of interest you pass, or you can just relax as you go out and back. Simple, inexpensive, relaxed.

The staff were friendly and the river cruise went off as time. It was nice to go down the river and see the shoreline and bridge activities. We went under several bridges and the online information via wifi was informative. Unfortunately the lighting of the buildings along the river, in particular, old town was not as spectacular as we had suspected from the river. Being spoiled by other river cruises (Budapest) may account for our disappointment. Having said that, the very reasonable price for tour is well worth undertaking.

We rode on the river. It was very relaxed and you get to enjoy the views. There is also an audio guide for various areas of interest. The boat is a traditional modernised boat with WiFi (didn't use it but it may be helpful for others to know)

50 minutes small traditional boat ride. Polite crew. Good way to spend an hour on boat , maybe carry your own drink or Two. Good views of old town and bridges over the river, go for a stroll post boat ride. Lovely walk on the banks of Vistula river. Nice way to spend your evening and to cross to Old town for dinner. Value for money!

Fun quick ine hour river trip up and down the river. Grab a beer before you depart and take it along. Courteous staff and easy to find if you follow the directions they provide you. A longer trip would have been nice if time permitted.

Nice short cruise up and down the river. Not very scenic, but after a day of lots of walking, it was welcome. No mermaids were present or sighted...disappointing...LOL).

The boat ride is pretty boring and just goes back and forth in the same section
Not easy to find the meeting location and we mentioned that when getting on board
It was fine because it was nice for us to just chill and do nothing but not something I’d recommend unless you just want to kill some time

We are very sorry that you are lowering our rating because you entered the wrong location in Uber and missed your flight. Where were we waiting for you, regardless of what time you were there?
The ticket clearly says in black and white: Meeting point: krypa.pl - Rejsy po Wiśle - Warszawa, Generała George Smitha Patton, 00-390 Warszawa, Poland.
I don't know how to write exactly.
And I have no idea how we would sail other than up and down the river to return to the same place.
But maybe you have an idea for it, as you've already mentioned?

The guys that run the cruise were so nice. We were late showing up for our departure time and they had the captain bring the boat back around for us so we still got to do most of the tour.

I paid for this excursion but didn't take it. We arrived forty minutes early. The cruise may very well be nice, however the directions are horrible. We asked numerous people nearby and we had no luck. After getting ahold of Viator we were given different directions. The cruise was nearly a kilometer away. We were not able to get to the cruise on time. We asked for a refund and we're told NO. I have taken 11 excursions with Viator in the last 13 months. This is the only negative review I've given. We were offered a later time but we had a plane to catch. BE VERY CAREFUL.

You have the right to your opinion, and we have the right to our truth.
Let me start by saying that the location and instructions are accurate and clear, just press the meeting point on the ticket and it will automatically redirect you to Google Maps.
In addition, Jul 10, 2024, 12:51 PM you received the same location in the Viator chat with instructions, where you also just had to press the Google maps link. We made our first telephone call to you on July 10 at 4:49 p.m., and immediately at 4:50 p.m. you received an SMS with a link to Google Maps with our location to the phone number you called from. At 4:56 p.m. we call you again, trying to explain the location to you. location. But you still didn't make it to the 5:00 flight.
At 17:05 and 17:07 we send you further directions to the meeting point and at 17:18 you reply "we were across from mermaid per instructions", but at 17:11 you no longer answered the phone.
The ship and crew were waiting for you at 5:00 p.m. and then at 6:00 p.m.

The dock was further than expected so we arrived 5 minutes late; as did another family. The boat came back to dock and we were able the board.
I assumed that a tour guide would provide information and stories along the route. Instead a QR code was posted on board and a short audio tour highlighted points along the river.

We are very sorry that we were one star short of perfection. We do not currently offer an audio guide and we do not charge any money for it because we are constantly improving it and it is only a nice addition for guests so that, if necessary, they can listen to the Vistula River in their native language in 21 languages.

The trip is a lovely way to spend an hour in Warsaw. We climbed to the top of the captain’s house up a steep ladder. The views were great. I was worried about river smell but there was none of that. However remember to scan the QR code to have the commentary on the tour.

I was concerned that I would have issues with the downloadable audio guide. No worries, it was excellent.
I really good overview of the city and its geography from a very different perspective.
I enjoyed the cruise, and also the scenery from the river. things you just would not see from land became apparent.
The staff at the venue were very helpful, and made sure everyone was aboar dand comfortable. well worth the time experience a different side or Warsaw.

No English translation of the sites. No overhead cover for when it rained, hide inside, but I did not get a seat.
Boat captain did not seem like he wanted to go very far, so he slowed the boat down quite a bit during the hour along the river.
