The guided tour is delivered through a third-party website with several bugs rather than a dedicated app. I had to log in multiple times, and when I stopped for a coffee break the game did not restart where I had left it. This made the experience quite confusing and a waste of time. The numbered challenges were not particularly interesting either. It’s a shame, because the overall idea behind the tour is actually very good. I requested a partial refund, but unfortunately it was rejected.

I'm sorry to hear you had issues with your activity. (The game saves its progress every 5 minutes, and you can save it at the bottom right of each screen.) We prefer a mobile website over an "App" because we regularly improve and adjust our tours. We offer refunds up to 24 hours before your planned booking. However, should you want to, I can offer you any of our other 100+ tours across 40+ cities in Europe, Canada, and the United States.
