Interesting and informative at the same time! Loved the self-paces nature of it too. It was a great guide to wandering the city with some stories about what was around us. One minor flaw - we were charged twice for this - once through trip advisor and once through viator.

Hola, Lamento tu experiencia. Parece que es posible que hayas revisado la experiencia incorrecta aquí. Esta es una visita autoguiada, sin que nadie se encuentre en el punto de partida. Esto se aclara en la descripción y el título del producto. Tampoco tenemos un número de soporte de WhatsApp. ¿Quizás has reseñado la experiencia equivocada aquí o compraste este producto esperando que fuera una visita guiada? Lors de la prise des billets il n'était pas précisé que l'on ne pouvait pas visiter l'intérieur de l'opéra. Arrivés sur place, une demi heure avant la visite, il nous a été dit que ce jour là , pas de visites !!!. Nous avons dépensé 33.- € pour 5 personnes, qu'en est-il ? aurons nous un remboursement ? Merci de nous informer.

Salut Cette visite audio autoguidée vous fait visiter la ville et non l'Opéra. Il passe devant l'Opéra mais ne vous guide pas à l'intérieur. Nous avons déjà traité un remboursement pour vous. Nous sommes désolés pour toute confusion. Cordialement, Alicia
