Cycle the streets of Vienna on a morning or afternoon tour of the city. Saddle up and follow your guide to the colorful Hundertwasserhaus and the iconic Ferris wheel at the Prater. Your bike tour will begin in central Vienna, where you’ll meet up with your guide and receive a brief safety overview. Then take off into the city, following your guide along the Ringstrasse, the famous Ring Road showcasing the heart of the Hapsburg dynasty and many of the city’s top attractions.
Soak up the fresh air and stunning Viennese architecture as you pass the Neo-Renaissance design of the Vienna Opera House, City Hall, the House of Parliament and the Hofburg Palace, once home to Marie Antoinette.
Pause to admire the bright hues of the Hundertwasserhaus, a vibrant apartment building designed by Friedensreich Hundertwasser. Pull over at Heroes’ Square to see the historic spot where Hitler delivered his "Anschluss" speech in 1938.
Continue to the Prater amusement park, where you’ll spot the giant Ferris wheel, one of the most iconic structures on the city skyline. Afterward, cycle along the blue waters of the Danube before returning to your original departure point.

What a lovely and friendly company! We’d highly recommend this tour, with these people. Nothing was too much bother, the ride was the perfect pace and it showed us all the highlights we wanted to see (and some we had no idea about). Thank you for a wonderful afternoon!

Extended tour with in depth information by historian guide. Normal bike with gears does the job ok as it's nearly flat. Recommended!

Wonderful way to spend an afternoon. Our tour guide Clemen was fantastic. If you are thinking about a bike tour, don’t hesitate to book this one. All bikes are in good working order and the helmet was nice too.

This is a fantastic bike ride tour which helps the traveller to get an idea of the main tourist spots and decide whether to go back and investigate them further. Ava was our guide and she was very enthusiastic about her home city and spoke excellent English. Vienna is completely flat and the bikes are of excellent quality (helmets also provided) so there are no issues with the cycling. Anyone can do it!

This is an approximate 3.5 to 4 hour tour of many of the key sights in Vienna. We covered a lot of ground including center of the old city and outskirts including the Prater. Great way to see the city.

Great Bike tour! We learned a lot. Maybe not great for kids 10 or under unless they really like history or bike riding. We had a couple of grumpy kids in our group.
Otherwise it was a fantastic way to see the city's main attractions but also some hidden gems. Clemens was super!! 5 stars!

This bike tour covers more ground than the other tours I checked out. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the stops and history. Robert is an excellent guide and passionate about Austria’s history and legacy. Highly recommended!

What a great way to get a quick whirl wind tour of the city and gain plenty of knowledge about the location, the people and culture. Would highly recommend. I am not very fit and although I was a little tired toward the end, I was fine with the speed and distance. Our tour guide was very attentive and incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his city.

This was a good way to get orientated to Vienna. Our view is that the group size was too big. It should not have been more than 10. This meant that some of the group were left behind and on one occasion the guide had to go in search of a couple who had become detached from the group. Though not of Austian birth, the guide was informative and had a great sense of humour.

However, this topic will be raised at the end of the year for discussion, to maybe also offer this tour as smaller group at a higher price to the customer. I’m an experienced bike rider and safety is so important. There was no mention of safety before the ride. It was a large group and there were some close calls.
I’ve done many of these bike tour (Paris, Rome, Montreal…) and it’s so important to have an outgoing and knowledgeable leader.
Disappointed that we did not see City Center.

Unfortunately i missed the part stating the tour was 3 hours which for me was a bit long. Sometimes it was very tough going and who knew riding over cobbled streets hurt so much lol. I didn’t feel our guide was overly engaging but i am still glad to have gotten around and seen some of the sights

It was raining, hailing and thundering and the company refused to give us a refund. We have a child with us and we felt it was unsafe to ride. We were offered “rain coats”. We decided not to take the tour. I understand the no refund cancellation policy but due to the circumstances I was hoping to get a refund.

I would like to point out that it clearly states on the website and Viator booking page that the tour operates in all weather conditions. We will only cancel a tour when an official warning from the government has been issued.
I´m sorry, but we cannot issue refunds for this reason.
If you still have time, you could join the tour tomorrow (28.05.2024 at 14:30) instead.

Got a good range of sights of Vienna and surrounding area - out to Prater and the university - bikes were good -but I would have preferred more interesting locations of a historical nature or interesting stories

Well, first off, this was advertised as a “Small Group tour”. It was anything but a small group. I would never had signed up for this tour had I known there would be such a large group. There were several times where the group was separated due to stop lights and not all could make a green light. Because of being separated, information was missed given by the guide since myself and husband were at the rear.
On a positive note, the guide was pleasant.
