Driving around Prague was awesome, and our guide and driver really knew the city, even this super old, beautiful church he kindly stopped at so we could check it out for a few minutes. Totally recommend it.

The old car tour in Vienna was fantastic. The driver was funny and engaging, and the 45-minute ride was the perfect way to see the most important sights in the city. He shared interesting and important facts about Vienna while driving very smoothly. It was both informative and enjoyable. I highly recommend doing this tour on your first day in Vienna—it gives you a great overview and helps guide the rest of your stay.

The worst tour I've ever experienced--sparse and careless

This was easily the worst tour I've ever taken. Despite being asked to choose which meeting place to begin the tour, no one was there to meet me in the vicinity of the 2nd meeting site. I passed through the first one and could've just picked it up there. The map did little to instruct me to an exact place. I had to phone the company, who asked the driver to meet me, which he did a few minutes later. The driver's name (I believe) was Slav and spoke only basic English. He couldn't understand nor answer some basic questions I had about the huge Hof palace, or the significance of the antiquated automobile in which we sat. When I asked him about the giant statues in the palace courtyard (whom they represented), he mumbled something about France generals (??!! When I googled it later, I learned they were important Austrian generals who defeated Napoleon during a war; sort of a huge discrepancy and an insult to the country). The ride was brief, but Old Vienna is so full of historical figures and sites that a guide should not have stopped talking throughout; yet, my ride was mainly quiet, save for a few interesting tidbits as we drove through. I had to ask a few questions myself, which, as I said, were met with confused, brief answers, apparently due to translation issues. He certainly pointed out some significant buildings, but gave little context and certainly no stories to add flavor that most guides are trained to give. I could not believe I spent $40 and 45 minutes of my time on such a fruitless endeavor. I don't enjoy giving poor reviews based on language, as I know how hard it is to master another language, but when an expensive tour advertises that its guides speak English, they should be fluent. Furthermore, this wasn't just a case of translation issues; my tour felt lazy and careless bc it didn't show pride and enthusiasm about showing off this gorgeous, vibrant city.

Jerry was our guide. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He even went the extra mile for my MIL to point out where she could get a very specific dessert she was looking for. 100% recommend as a great way to get an overview of the city without walking kms.

Perfect way to see a lot of old town in a shorter timeframe. We only had one day so was perfect way to see a lot. Only negative was it is a bit hard to hear the driver when he is explaining things. Maybe earphones or a microphone would help to heal better in the back of the car.

Very good! Jeremiah was super friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Due to a protest demonstration he was unable to do the normal route but he did a different route and we saw so much of beautiful Vienna. Highly recommended.

Nice little fun tour, that shows you the main city sites. Our tour guide was lovely, however his English wasn't very good, so unfortunately I don't think we learnt a lot & had to goggle where we we!

I booked for Chinese...

I booked for Chinese audio for my mum but turn out that the guide can’t speak in Chinese, there is also no Chinese audio guide. So don’t bother. The tour checked with me the day before what time I would like to start (could have done it earlier so that plans can be made? Because from the bookings seems like you can start at anytime). Delayed the start time half an hour later just minutes before the scheduled time. Imagine sitting in the cold waiting. Lastly, the instruction to the meeting point could have been clearer eg entrance near to bugtheatre where it just says now front of the rosegarden which is very vague. The ride itself was ok.. the guide tries to explain stuffs as we go along but his English was not very good so it was not very clear. He was friendly though, so it was still ok.

The tour guide was good, however we would have liked a bit more history about the sites and less about the cafes and shops. The tour company was accomodating to our mobility issues and the car was great. We were disappointed that on a sunny day the driver would not roll the roof back as this make it nearly impossible to take pictures or see the sites clearly.

Jeremiah was a fantastic tour guide! He was friendly, well-versed and knowledgeable on Vienna, and his exuberance love for Austria showed. We enjoyed every minute. We appreciated that Jeremiah picked us up and dropped us back off at the hotel as 2 passengers were 84 years old. We loved how he stopped the car along the way so we could get out and see the roses & the inside of a church, it’s a perfect overview - and great for older people who can’t walk as far but want to see the city. Nice little tour. Mixed up the meeting place and was caught in the rain so was 30 minutes late and figured that was too late to take the tour. Operator called and insisted on giving us the tour anyway. Very nice of them.

100% RECOMMEND!! This was such a cool way to see all the sites and learn about them a well. The classic car was super fun, impeccably clean, and the complimentary beverages were a bonus! As to our tour guide Jerry, I absolutely cannot say enough about him…he is WONDERFUL!! Not only did he make the tour more enjoyable with his knowledge, but his energy and presence is infectious! He was so accommodating and flexible and even with bad weather rolling in, he was able to quickly adapt and kept us on schedule! He went above and beyond and I’m grateful for the person he is!!!
