Waste of time and Money

None... You will be dealing with a company and a random photographer ... The photographer that I was assigned she was 10 min late ... keep telling me not to smile ... that i look my smiles were fake ... make me closed my eyes ... relax my face .. then open my eyes so I will be not smiling ...then a some point she try to apologize because she was rude ....and she rush me trhought the areas of the photo shoot and keep looking at the time .... I had many many shoots before with viator in other cities and my experience was always fantastic ... not this time ... not only was overprice compere to Paris and London ... I wrote to the tour operator and I am still yet waiting for an answer ... by the way ... It was my first time in Vienna .. one of my dream cities ... and the photographer Sasha manage to spolied my photoshoot
