Moritz was incredibly knowledgeable and a fun tour guide. He even did the tour when it was just two of us. For first timers to Vienna (and Austria), he gave a lot of history which helped understand and appreciate the country more. I think of it as seeing it in a different light. I definitely recommend starting your trip with this walking tour.

A Can't Miss Tour of Vienna

I would give this tour 6 stars if it were possible! I travel internationally a few times a year and try to take multiple tours at each destination, and Moritz is truly an exceptional guide. His guiding style is the perfect combination of historian, entertainer, caretaker, and city expert. His knowledge of Vienna and the surrounding region was absolutely impeccable. Instead of just a standard walk-about filled with dry historical facts, the tour felt like a living historical timeline. I went to the meeting place ten minutes earlier but nobody showed up. I tried to call the guide but the phone was turned off. If they were decent they would have sent a refund!!! But money gone. Don't trust them!
