We were at the meeting location 25 minutes prior to our start time and your guide never arrived.. We wated a a total of 45 minutes and no tour guide. Do not go on this tour or use this tour service provider.

The guide didn't show up and Viator was quick to respond and to give a refund but I think n they should've gone further - ie offer a tour voucher to make up for b the time and disappointment
