We had to depart our hotel at 4am. Driver was prompt and was very nice. Vehicle was very clean and large enough to accommodate all of our luggage. Our driver was very professional and an excellent driver. At no time did we ever get nervous about his driving. There may be less expensive ways to get to the airport, but this is well worth the money and peace of mind.

We appreciated that our driver woke up early to pick us up at 3.30. He even dressed very nice at that early time in the morning. We feel very safe in his car compared to the taxi drivers in Vienna.

We waited for our transfer an Hour++, following 22 hour travel arrival. Upon calling the operator, was told WE had booked the incorrect date. A call to Viator to clarify, we were told the booking was correct and the operator was confused/mistaken. With Viator cust service help and at least 4 phone calls to the land operator the service was provided. However, we had to walk in the pouring rain to the vehicle when there was a covered area outside the airport for pick-up.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY NOR THROUGH VIATOR! They double charged us for our transfer when the circumstances were completely out of our control Our flight was delayed which caused us to miss our connecting flight so immediately upon landing I called the number on our reservation (which stated voicemail was unavailable so I could not leave a message) so I proceeded to contact Viator via WhatsApp. The operator stated "I will relay the message to the local tour operator". Apparently they did not do so as I received a call from the driver as we were boarding our new flight. Thankfully, upon landing our driver was there waiting and did drive us to our location but told us we needed to pay him for the trip. We informed him it was paid via the Viator app but he stated that was not the case. Unfortunately I was unable to find our receipt, which I later found. I emailed the company and this was the response: "I think you have misunderstood something. We were waiting for you right on time at the original landing time. Only after our chauffeur called you, you told us that you had missed the flight. And that you would arrive in 3-4 hours with a different flight. We told you that we would of course be happy to wait for you and pick you up. It is obvious that we will not wait for you for 3 hours free of charge and of course this is a new trip that has to be paid . We also informed you of this beforehand." We in fact did inform Viator who assured us they would inform the company. I did try to also contact the company directly but their phone number did not go to a live person nor did it let me leave a voicemail. This is very poor customer service on the part of both the company and Viator. I was so unhappy that I immediately canceled our transfer back to the airport with this company. Do not use this company and do not book through Viator! Very disappointing and shady.

Dear Mrs Robel, the following should be noted: You had booked a transfer from Vienna Airport to Vienna City for Monday, July 14 at 11:30 a.m. on the flight from Frankfurt. Only when our chauffeur who was waiting for you at the airport called you did this message come with a time stamp: Heidi R wrote Monday July 14 11:34 "Our flight was delayed so we missed our connection. We are now on flight OS208" Taxi Grill replied Monday 14. July 13:34 "we are very sorry that you missed the flight. The same chauffeur will meet you in the hall. However, you will have to pay for this new journey. As we have been waiting for several hours." Your answer after the trip was: Heidi R wrote: „I think the misunderstanding is on your end and I have proof of trying to contact both the company and viator in a timely fashion. As soon as we landed and booked our new connections which was before the original pick up time, I both contacted the company and viator messaging of the delay and trying to find out what needed to be done. I am happy to provide proof of the messages from my phone with time stamps. If the company will not issue a refund for the double charging, I will be taking this up with my credit card company. I appreciate your prompt reply in issuing the refund.“ Heidi Robel You can see that you only contacted us after your booked flight landed at 11:34 and only after our chauffeur called you. So this is demonstrably a lie on your part. In addition, it goes without saying that we do not wait 5 hours for a ride, that the chauffeur, in addition to our verifiable written mail, informed you before the ride that this ride must be paid for, because you missed the flight. To summarize you have completely twisted and lied about every single sentence and fact. We will take legal action against you - this is defamation of character. Best regards

Do not use this service. There is no communication with them and they do not answer questions. Our driver did not show up and only called us after we looked all over for him and waited. Finally we just took a taxi and he later called when we were already in the taxi.

Easy booking and pre-payment via Viator. Driver contacted me via telephone as we were retrieving our luggage from the luggage carousel and assured me that he would be arriving in approximately twenty minutes (which would have been 10 minutes before our pre-arranged meeting time). Driver remained in contact via telephone and we confirmed our waiting location in the Vienna arrivals lounge next to the limousine sign. Driver arrived 10+ minutes later than our scheduled time and without a signboard with my name. After grabbing two bags, the driver proceeded to walk ahead and take the four of us in an elevator to an upper floor parking area. The “van” was actually a Mercedes sedan, which was a tight-fit for four adults. No water or WiFi was offered during the ride from the Vienna Airport to our hotel in the city center. We were dropped off at a location 2-3 minutes walking distance from our hotel (Boutique Hotel am Stephansplatz) instead of at our hotel’s reception area. The entire pick-up seemed random and not well-planned out, despite having made reservations well in advance and pre-payment. BTW, we still tipped our driver 10 Euros despite the late arrival and the cramped ride.

Our flight was delayed leaving by one hour which meant our arrival was going to be late. I provided the flight information so as to ensure the company was aware of any delays. When we arrived in the late afternoon there was no one waiting for us. Half an our later I received a call saying there was some confusion due to the delay. They sent a taxi driver to pick us up instead.

After a little snafu on locating each other, we were finally loaded and taken to the airport. The service was excellent and much appreciated. I’m so glad we decided to go this route instead of public transportation. The car was big enough for 7 large suitcases and a handicap scooter. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service. Todo un acierto para evitar problemas más adelante. El vehículo en perfecto estado (furgoneta Mercedes 100% eléctrica) y el chófer simpático y atento. Totalmente recomendables.
