We were staying in Vienna but badly wanted to visit the Wachau Valley/Danube River, and Melk Abbey. This tour allowed us to do all of this and more! We even stopped at a local winery and ate lunch with the owner and visited his cellar. Jenny was both knowledgeable and personable and presented the information in an enjoyable manner. The day was organized and flexible enough to ensure our comfort snd enjoyment. My husband who tends to not enjoy tours, said it was the highlight of his trip! Highly recommend Jenny and this fantastic experience!

We had a wonderful time getting out of Vienna and see the area along the Danube. We spent the day with Cozy in a private tour - driver, guide, and us. PIckup and dropoff at our hotel was perfect. The drive was comfortable as well as informative. We received a lesson on the history of the area accompanied by maps and pictures. We drove out the Melk. An amazing monastary/castle. Our guide supplemented the Kelb tour guide with extra details and background. Then drove on to Durnstein. We walked the streets accompanied by our guide again getting a great review of the history of the town. Next was lunch and wine tasting - including a tour of the wine cellar. Loved the food and the variety of wines. Finally we stopped at a castle/cathedral just outside Vienna. it was dark by then and we had the whole area to ourselves. It was a eerie mysterious way to end the day - bringing the history of the area to life.
I would recommend using Cozy and look into other tours they conduct.

Our tour guide, Jenny, and our driver...I wish I could remember his name...were awesome! We were picked up at our hotel on time and immediately taken to the car. For some reason, i thought this was a small group tour...meaning around 8 people. I didn't realize it was a small group of my husband and me. This made the tour all the more special. Jenny took us to three castles / monasteries and provided many interesting details about each of the locations. They were not as "castle-y" as I was hoping, but that did not take away from the impressiveness of each location. After the second stop, we went for lunch and wine tasting in a small village. Jenny knew the owner of the restaurant / winery and our meal was incredible! The wines were even better. We tasted several varieties and even went into the lower cavern to see where all the wines, schnapps, and brandies are made. Needless to say, we bought several bottles of wine. This was certainly one of the best wine tasting tours I have ever experienced.

This tour was wonderful. Jenny and her husband went above and beyond to really make this an awesome experience for my wife and I. They were both very knowledgeable, funny, and great at making us feel like we had been friends for a long time. Their itinerary was well crafted and had plenty of variety to see and taste. This trip was the highlight of our week long trip to Vienna. Jenny (and her very nice husband) arrived with a big smile that never left her face all day! She was not only a fun person to be around but hands down the most knowledgeable tour guide we have ever had. They took us to amazing places, with zero effort on our part. We learned more then we could ever have imagined, took hundreds of amazing pics and were blown away by the stops they chose. We even had the honor of having lunch at a local winery with a welcoming host that made us a fantastic lunch. I highly recommend this tour operator. It's like having a friend show you around!

This was a great tour. The guides are so nice and knowledgeable. If you want to learn some real Austrian history and avoid the tourist traps, this is the tour for you.

It was really great spending time with our guides! They gave us insight into what life is really like for locals, both in the city, and in the wine country. Our lunch and wine tasting was the most fun, getting to see behind the scenes of a local winemaker. Highly recommend!!!

We had a fabulous day. The couple who run the tour were friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. Excellent communication before and on the day from Jenny our tour guide and we were picked up on time from our hotel. The day was well planned out and fascinating. Lots to see and plenty of interesting information at each castle, whilst driving to the different towns and for the wine tasting and lunch. My husband loves history and Jenny had extensive knowledge. Well worth including the home cooked lunch by the wine maker which was traditional Austrian food. I would highly recommend this tour. Although as a private tour it was a relatively expensive day it was well worth the cost. We loved the whole day thank you.

We had a fantastic day out with Jenny and her husband. It was really difficult to pick which photos to share as it was all so memorable. The highlight for us was visiting the winemaker and sharing in his food and wine. His cozy 'Heuriger' was so warm and welcoming and it was exciting to see his enthusiasm for his wine and getting to share in some special bottles that he opened. Combine that with amazing scenery and historic villages and monasteries it was our most memorable day of our Europe trip. Jenny made sure that she was taking our preferences into account throughout the day, and providing customizations to the tour. We would definitely recommend this to anyone!

The Three Castle and Wine Tasting Tour was the highlight of our trip to Vienna. It was so nice to get out of the city and see the beautiful Fall colors with Genny and Vladimir, who were impressively knowledgeable. Gennie's commentary on the history and all of the sites was very interesting and entertaining. We especially enjoyed the lunch we had at Thomas’s vineyard. The food, wines (and schnapps) were fantastic and we loved that Genny and Vladimir joined us for lunch. We highly recommend this tour and these tour guides.

Our tour guides Jenny and Vladimir were extraordinary, the best tour guides You could ever ask for, they were above our expectations in all aspects.
The itinerary was designed well to maximize our time exploring those marvelous castles.
Jenny is a true historian through her unique way of storytelling she gifted us with rich history that was profound, interesting, and entertaining. We must say they have a great knowledge and love of their country, we highly recommend you take this particular tour 1000 times over so grateful to have had such a wonderful experience with such incredible people.

We went on Aggstein castle was my favorite location. The place we stopped at for wine was amazing. Jane was an awesome tour guide. The whole experience was relaxed and personable. I'm glad we gave it a go. :)

This tour was a highlight of our trip in Austria and exceeded our expectations. We booked a private trip for our group of 4 and the guide and driver were super flexible to our plans. We did the castles and wine tasting to have a mix of history and wine and one member preferred beer. The first castles were amazing and the guide was amazingly knowledgeable. She even filled in for a guide who refused to do the tour in English for us (even though it had been reserved as such). We stopped at an amazing traditional Austrian lunch in the vineyard and had the most amazing roasted pork elk I’ve ever had and some great Grüner Vetliner wine to accompany. Then we stopped at the Wald Shütz winery tasting location. The sommelier was fantastic and even had beer to offer our group who didn’t like beer as well as a tour of the cellar. We got to taste some private stock and even buy some wine not for sale yet.
