    Booking Cancelled Due to Overbooking With No Proper Support

    I purchased this experience in advance and had already organised my travel itinerary around it. Unfortunately, the supplier cancelled my booking only a few days before the scheduled date due to overbooking, as more tickets were sold than available. I was informed that a refund would be issued, but the late cancellation caused inconvenience and disappointment, as this activity was an important part of my programme.

    Wasted a lot of money booking through Viator. The audio from Viator was terrible and we could not follow it. I ended up buying it from the Palace directly so it cost me a lot more than it should have. I will book directly with the Palace in the future.

    I booked reservations for Versailles but they were cancelled the morning I was leaving Canada. Terrible communication from the company and no refund yet.

    Absolut unfähig! Nie wieder! Ich bekam, trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage, erst am Vorabend vor dem Besuch die Tickets, die für 13:30 Uhr bestätigt wurden, obwohl ich vorher angefragt wurde, ob wir auf 16:00 Uhr umbuchen können. Auf den Tickets stand 17:00 Uhr. Wir sind um 13:30 Uhr hin, weil in der Mail diese Zeit bestätigt wurde. Wir kamen um 13:30 Uhr nicht rein und haben einen Urlaubstag verloren! Außerdem wurde für unsere 9-jährige Tochter ein Ticket berechnet, obwohl sie gar nichts hätte zahlen müssen! Das ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit! Ich möchte mein Geld zurückhaben!
