Please don't go directly to the Palace. First, check in at the GetYourGuide office, just a few minutes’ walk from the Palace. The trains are not running between the stations "PARIS AUSTERLITZ" and "Versailles Chateau Rive Gauche" from the 15th of July to the 23rd of August

- The time on your voucher is the meeting time at our shop (the tour departs a few minutes later). In case of late arrival for check-in, we cannot guarantee access to the palace. Fees will apply if you wish to reschedule for a later tour.
- The scheduled access time can be delayed on peak days due to various safety controls established by the Versailles Palace.
- The tickets for the Musical Show or Fountain Show are included
- Baby strollers may be refused at the entrance of the palace.
- The Palace tour lasts 1.5 hours, but add 30 minutes for tickets and security checks.
- From Wednesday 15 July to Saturday 22 August, the RER C will not operate between Paris and Versailles Château Rive Gauche train station, please use lines L (Versailles Rive Droite) or N (Versailles Chantiers) to reach the meeting point.

Laetitia was AMAZING! She was so knowledgeable and funny and my friend and I had the best time at Versailles with her. Our group was having the best time when we were walking around the palace. We learned a lot and had so much fun! 10/10 would recommend!
Our Tour guide Frederic was spectacular, informative and funny! He was so attentive and made everyone in our group feel incorporated to the conversation!
This was an excellent tour of Versailles! Our guide Stephanie was amazing! Very knowledgeable, provided lots of information, always friendly and showed us the best parts of the palace. She was very good at keeping our group together and during the tour we were lucky the palace was not too crowded which helped us move from room to room more easily. A very memorable tour and happy to we had the opportunity to see this beautiful palace! The gardens and Marie Antoinette's Estate are also not to be missed. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Our guide, Letitia (probably spelled that wrong) was wonderful! My son and I have visited Versailles many times in the past and we truly enjoyed our tour with this guide. We were lucky that there was not a lot of people there-last time it was wall-to-wall bodies, very uncomfortable! She gave us a lot of interesting background on Louis 14th, Marie Antoinette, etc Louie 15th & 16th especially. We enjoyed every minute of our tour and would recommend it to anybody!
Really glad we booked this tour. Our guide was friendly and knowledgable and moved us through Versailles at a good pace while giving us ample time to see what we wanted to see.
Excellent tour of Versailles! Vrlinda, our guide, was very knowledgeable and made it easy to navigate, even with a stroller.
Frederic was amazing - so much passion and knowledge. Follows up on questions from beginning of tour. Also really appreciated audio system used by this agency - single earbud with audio enhancer - so we could clearly hear Frederic as crowds formed or we wandered a bit.
Mathis was wonderful, he was very knowledgeable and fun he went above and beyond. We had a great time.
We went on a tour with Livia, she was wonderful, very knowledgeable and funny. The tour made entrance to the palace very smooth and easy, much quicker than without a tour. Our tour guide gave a full history and explanation of the whole grounds and each room individually. Definitely the best way to see the palace of versailles.
This experience was one for the books! I should start off by stating that we unfortunately joined the group from the palace location itself, instead of the meet-up location. As a guest I suggest downloading the app so you get the alerts from the appropriate tour team. Emails are sent out as well, but the app seemed to deliver information sooner. Do yourself a favor and look at the details before giving a taxi an address. I am happy the company made contact to confirm my group’s reservations and was still accommodating with this mix up as well. Our guide Mathis was so kind and understanding when we regrouped on the grounds. He caught us up on what we had missed, and reintegrated us into the full tour group. Mathis was knowledgeable with facts from the palace and incorporating the history of France with it. I learned more than I expected and absolutely welcomed Mathis’ expertise throughout the entire tour. The morning tour was truly the best time during the summer months as well; it didn’t seem too busy so had many opportunities to take pictures with minimal people in backgrounds. Mathis had offered to take pictures of each group while in the hall of mirrors, which was so kind. I am so grateful to have had Mathis as a guide. This was my first time leaving the country and I am truly looking forward to my next trip to France and exploring more!

Our tour guide, Leticia, was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and always found us a great place to stand to listen to the history she was sharing. We had a tour of the palace and then had tickets to the Gardens and the Hamlet included. Unfortunately, we were there during the extreme heat so we weren’t able to go to Marie Antoinette’s estate due to an early closure, but no one could control that. They reimbursed us for this tickets very quickly. We truly enjoyed the tour and our guide.
We loved Versailles. It’s a stunning place inside filled with history and the gardens are also gorgeous and worth a visit!
Extensive walking in the garden area, pack or purchase waters to drink. Ruben was very knowledged and mad the experience fun!!

Thank you for your feedback. For clarification, the meeting point and meeting time were indicated on your voucher, and you were not present at the scheduled time. When you arrived after the departure of the initial tour, we nevertheless arranged an alternative guided tour and honored your all-access booking.
Our guide, Anne-Sophie was fantastic! The meeting point is easy to find. The Get Your Guide Office is right across the street from the train station (Versailles Rive Gauche). The office is to the right of McDonalds. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff there as well. Anne-Sophie made French history come alive as she explained different points of interest in each room. She navigated the crowds flawlessly and provided headphones so we could all hear well. She answered all of our questions and even encouraged them. We freely explored the gardens and Trionons after (as we booked the garden ticket that included them). It’s a very vast estate so make sure to wear comfortable shoes. I had about 20,000 steps that day and that’s with using the “petit train”that goes between the palace and the Trionons. Thank you for a great tour, Anne-Sophie!

Great tour. Our guide Mauro was fantastic. I really appreciated the time with him on the Versailles gardens portion of the tour. Don’t see the palace without a guide; Mauro gave the tour meaning and context.
Having a guide explain/describe the construction of Versailles Palace is necessary to appreciate its place in French and world history. We also enjoyed walking the gardens with an experienced guide to explain the design/use by the King Louies. Amazing day!!
This was a very comprehensive tour. So wonderful!! The fact that our tickets came with the tour (gardens and palace) was HUGE and the limited number of tourist (16) was just perfect!

Our guide Ruben was spectacular, giving us immensely important historical context the entire tour. Understanding the significance and purpose of each room turned a series of mega-opulent spaces into a meaningful walk through the lives of French kings and queens.
Loved the personal earpiece too.
The guide was on time, very knowledgeable and showed us many of the highlights of the palace and gardens. He also had a great sense of humor and made a point to interact personally with all participants.
Beware! Meeting point for guide not clearly identified and easy to miss. Google maps did not help. Tour guide Danielle was excellent!!!
Really enjoyed our tour with Danielle. The meeting point was easy off the train. Danielle was so knowledgeable and made the tour very enjoyable. We also did the gardens tour and Danielle explained the significance of some of the fountains. Highly recommend!

Our guide was informative about the history, though not about the plants in the garden. The fountains do not run when it is hot for conservation. Nice experience.
