My photographer Konstantina herself was wonderful, she took me to all nice spots and also gave me suggestions for local cafes. However, the company I feel is dishonest because they send you the unflattering 20 photos and then send you the good photos as preview and ask you to pay €50 extra for them. That is a bit dishonest. We should be able to choose which 20 pictures we get

My daughter and I booked a photo session with Keyhane during our first day in Venice, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations.
Keyhane arrived late, and communication throughout the session was unclear. At times, she seemed rushed, which made what should have been a fun and memorable experience feel more stressful than enjoyable.
The most disappointing part came at the end of the session. We had spent the entire shoot walking through Venice’s narrow streets and across several bridges, and when our 30 minutes were up, Keyhane simply told us the session had ended. My daughter and I had shared that this was our first time in Venice and that we had only been there for a couple of hours, but we weren’t given any directions or guidance on how to get back. We were left to find our own way through an unfamiliar part of the city, which was especially stressful as first-time visitors.
Smiler’s policy states that photos are delivered within 48 hours. When that timeframe passed, I politely reached out to ask when we could expect them. The photos were delivered shortly afterward, but only after I had to follow up, and the communication during that exchange was not particularly friendly or reassuring.
Unfortunately, I was also disappointed with the final photo gallery. While a few of the photos turned out nicely, several included other people in the background who could have been avoided, and one of the photos captured me squinting in a way that looked awkward. I understand that not every image will be perfect, but I expected more careful selection and attention to detail in the final gallery.
Overall, this experience fell short because of the combination of lateness, poor communication, lack of guidance during the session, delayed photo delivery, and inconsistent photo quality. I hope this feedback is helpful and leads to a better experience for future guests.

West of time and money specially when you planned a vacation!! Didn’t expect this no picture clearity my phone get better pictures, no proper style or location in VENICE???

The cost of this experience probably is worth it to most. But I had to redo my photos when I got back. My person was late and the editing could have been better.

I assumed it was great until I never received my pictures that was my only day in town and it was wasted. Very disappointed with the outcome and no refund an make up for lost memories

This was a last minute decision for us to take family photos and I am so glad we did! Konstantina contacted us before the shoot and made sure everything went smoothly. She choose some wonderful spots for our photos and was patient, quick and pleasant. Making us feel immediately at ease. Due to time constraints we had to book at the hottest part of the day. She reached out to offer to change the time if needed but we were unable to. So instead, she chose some well shaded spots to make sure we were comfortable. I can’t wait to see the photos. They will be a wonderful reminder of an amazing trip!
Konstantina was so lovely to work with and was SO GOOD at her job! She showed us all around Venice and took us to the hot spots and also to quiet canals and other more intimate spots. The pictures are incredible! My husband and I teared up looking at them. They’re honestly better than our wedding pictures 🤣 Konstantina showed us how and where to pose ensuring we still looked natural and not forced. Best money we spent on the trip. 100/10 would absolutely recommend! Thank you Konstantina!

Great experience! If you want some good memories of Venice don't think twice and reserve your session with Konstantina. She's really easygoing, helps you out with the poses and being comfortable, has good overall communication, showed a lot of photo experience and she's always on the move trying to find you the right spot, specially away from the crowded areas (which is great if you go during Carnival).
I'd like to thank Konstantina for the experience, helped me to finally have some good photos from Venice without having to ask random tourists for bad ones, which is a struggle for solo travellers like me haha

My mum and I had a photo shoot with him and it was the first time we’ve ever done anything like that. I’m more comfortable behind the camera and normally don’t like being in photos, but I wanted to do something special for my mum and I’m so grateful I did! Filippo made us feel instantly very at ease - it was such an enjoyable experience! Filippo is super kind and friendly and shared fun facts and legends of Venice as well walked around, he had us laughing and chatting away - he was a breath of fresh air and the perfect end to our day! You’ll instantly feel comfortable. He was really accommodating and snapped some photos in extra locations we wanted and captured a scenery shot I asked him for as well.
The photos are awesome - we’re so happy with them! This is such a beautiful way to capture a special trip to Venice - really recommend it and honestly can’t recommend Filippo enough!!
I am really happy I decided to book this photo tour last minute. Filippo took plenty of photos of me in Venice, which I will keep for the rest of my life.
