The talent of the performers and acoustics of the venue are unmatched. A must do for Venice!
Seating is a bit cramped, especially for the hot and humid summer. But I’d still do it again!

A beautiful concert in a beautiful venue! The musicians were very talented and the music just spoke for itself. Listening to music with acoustics for how it was originally written is an experience not to be missed. And listening in Venice where the Four Seasons was written just steps from the canals was like a beautiful dream.

The music and atmosphere was beautiful, and the lighting for each season added a beautiful aesthetic. The length of the program was excellent. It would have been just perfect if there was an MC of some kind, welcoming the crowd and maybe even sharing some of the incredible history of Vivaldi and this church that He worked at as a priest. It would have added an educational dimension to this beautiful concert, particularly for tourists.

If you are a fan of Vivaldi then this is the tour for you. There are three churches in Venice that perform Vivaldi’s Four Seasons. However this is at the church where he worked, composed and performed. Beautiful church and acoustics. The musicians, especially the gentlemen who played “Vivaldi” and the cellist, were so so good. Well worth the money.

Amazing experience listening to Vivaldi in the church he worked in. The players were wonderful!
As peoplw have said before, it does get really hot, it's good to take a fan you can use to keep cool.

Turned up, tickets were waiting for us which included designated seats in 3rd row. I had thought seats weren’t allocated - silly me! It was so hot but we had brought small fans. The seasons are supported by different coloured lights. I honestly could have cried it was so moving. Absolutely loved it. All the musicians were amazing but gosh the male lead was outstanding - I truly could have listened to it over and over again ❤️. The church was beautiful. Booking process through Viator was so simple, thank you.

A marvelous evening, following on a looong walk from Santa Lucia station. It was a full group of musicians, six violinists, a collision, a bassist and a harpsichordist—blending their music in a grand room. I cannot speak to acoustics of that grand hall, really, but in a way the music was better for not being surgically parsed in some studio.
Our first night of several in Venice, this concert helped set the tone for days following: elegant, baroque-fussy, dreamy. You will experience The Four Seasons like never before.

I would have loved to have given this experience 5 stars. The music and musicians were phenomenal. Intimate setting in the beautiful church. Such talent, and just incredibly enjoyable, top class. A truly lovely way to spend an evening with this short but special concert. But … the church was not climate controlled, and this week in Venice is HOT. I understand that usually the church would be cool, but with the temperatures so hot this week, a few portable air misters, or portable air condition units, or even some fans, would have gone a long way to making the experience so much more comfortable. The performs is just about 75 mins, but we decided to leave after one hour, the church was simply too hot.

It was a truly wonderful experience. The music was absolutely beautiful and watching and listening to a performance of that caliber in such a remarkably beautiful location is a unique experience we feel lucky to have had.
Some things to note: we thought it would be like the typical rule of most churches where you must cover your shoulders and knees and dress nicely, but we were one of the few and it was hot (there is no air conditioning), so I wish we would have just gone as we were during the day and we would have been much more comfortable. That’s our fault, though. And I would definitely recommend bringing a fan.
10/10 would recommend.

The performance itself was off the charts amazing!! Unbelievable talent. They played Vivaldi impeccably, absolute perfection. The seating was nice, cushioned seating was a nice treat considering churches are not typically designed for comfort.
We attended the August 28, 2024 performance. It was HOT, no air movement provided. It was 89 outside and you entered it was even hotter but with no air movement somewhere in the high 90f/32c. You just sat there in your sweat. I hope they had some sort of air on the artists, because while we sat in it for an hour, they worked hard in it for an hour. It’s not as though summers are going to get cooler, just hotter. There’s got to be some quiet was to move air in the chapel that won’t interfere with the character and antiquity of the church yet allow patrons to not feel like they are already burning in the hell the church so lovingly teaches.

The musicians and quality of the concert was excellent! However the only thing is that the location itself has no AC and they have a lot of people inside for an hour. Not even a small fan so you are sweating for your life and it takes away from the music. Otherwise great!

The violinist were fabulous. It was a great hour spent. However, the church has no fans or air conditioning like most of Venetian churches, so it was stifling hot, but the hour was so enjoyable it was worth it.

Beautiful music and very talented musicians. A beautiful historical venue were Vivaldi himself used to work. Seeing the Four Seasons live is something you cna't miss, especially if you have the chance to see it in Venice in this specific church.

What was a nice classical violin concert was overshadowed by a beautiful venue with no fans, air-conditioning or anything else to reduce the 90 degree temperature of the church. Just too hot to possibly enjoy.
