There’s so much to take in while In Venice! Our guide Nico, generational in the Venice area was fantastic, knowledgeable, and we weaved our way through many non-tourist areas to be educated along the many streets, canals, and the wonderful history and nuances of the city. We had a private boat to Murano, where we met and witnessed murano glass making from a renowned international Murano artist (43 years, 2nd generation. A small and very specialized award winning artist. Magnificent. Highly recommend Nico, and doing the private tours to really immerse into the local experience.

Having Giovanni as our private guide for the day was fabulous and so educational. He guided us through the less beaten paths of old Venice and some of the smaller churches and took us to a fabulous restaurant for lunch! This was followed by a trip to Murano which was great and a ride through the entire grand canal. He narrated the entire experience with stories and historical facts and was a walking encyclopedia about the City. He really brought it all to life and we learned so much in one day! A great experience overall!

Our private tour with Mihaela was truly outstanding, 10/10 from start to finish. She shared Venice’s history and culture with such passion, while making the day feel easy and personal. We explored charming neighborhoods, enjoyed delicious Venetian tapas at Rialto Market, and watched a fascinating glassblowing demonstration in Murano. Seeing St. Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace from the water taxi was unforgettable, and the ride along the Grand Canal offered incredible views of the city. Mihaela answered all our questions and tailored the experience beautifully, we couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a better way to experience Venice in a day.

Georgia was an incredible guide. She picked us up at the train station and gave us a private experience around all of Venice. We got to see spots that you normally would have no idea how to even get to. The boat experience was incredible and the we felt super welcome in Murano when we saw the glass masters. Georgia grew up in Murano and was an awesome guide! Pleasant and made us comfortable. Easy to chat with.
We saw everything listed and got some interesting background information on many areas from her.
The weather was perfect for the taxi boat ride up the Grand Canal and around the "fish" ☺️.
We highly recommend this excursion!
And lunch 🤩, pasta was yummy with wine, appetizers, coffee and dessert cookies.

It was over 7 hours of entertainment, education and incredible views. Our guide (Giovani) was so knowledgeable about Venice. We learned so much. We are the local cuisine. We drank the local wine. We we saturated with culture, laughs and great food.

Our guide, Nicola was great - we love learning and felt like we were in a Venice Masterclass with our own young Venetian scholar! He answered every question we had with enthusiasm- even the uninformed ones. It was fantastic! He was also sensitive to our needs- we stepped in for a cup of expresso, just at the right time. There was a lot to like on this tour: the boat tour of the grand canal, walking tour of the Campos, lunch, Murano glass tour. Definitely worth the cost!

I don’t even know where to start! This tour was more than we ever expected. Giovanni was so passionate about his city of Venice and that came across in his tour. We walked around Venice and saw the city from his point of view not the touristy side. He treated us like actual queens. We navigated large crowds and he made us feel safe. Our lunch by the water was fantastic with delicious appetizers, wine and pasta. Once at the glass factory the vip experience continued. We were greeted with Prosecco and had an above and beyond tour. I can’t recommend Giovanni enough. Truly made our trip to Venice incredible! You will be tired after the 10 hour tour but you will feel like you have seen it all!

Marta was amazing and knew exactly where to take us….. literally making us feel like we had the City to ourselves. He ability to speak multiple languages was very helpful for our multi-cultural family. A fabulous lunch on the grand canal and a remarkable experience in Murano’s oldest glass factory made for a truly memorable day.

Given the amount of people next to the Square we have lost a little bit control over what's authentic and what's not down there, and that reflects on restaurants and many other experiences too.

Nickola was a fantastic tour guide. We had the best time touring the city with him. He took us to areas we would have never been to. His knowledge of the city made the tour so much better. We had a great lunch on the Grand Canal then visited Murano for a glass blowing demonstration. Finally our water taxi and guide took us thru the canals of Venice to get a different view of the city.

Tour operator does not communicate with the tour guide that was hired last minute & was totally unaware of our preferred historical sites to see.
I specifically said that we didn't want old neighborhoods, souvenirs, non-sense places.
Mateo our tour guide was the best! His history degree was served as well.

If you say I was the best why on earth would I receive a 1-star?
I literally gave 2000% percent and both of you were extremely grateful for it.
This one is the tour guide page, not the tour operator page so you are basically damaging our local and small business and the tour operator you are accusing is not going to give me new services because of this review.
I'm sure you didn't mean to post it here but please take proper action and help me out on this.

Natasha was fantastic! She showed us hidden gems within the city of Venice. Communication and Navigation was easy with her! She was great with the kids and understood if we needed to stop for a drink or snack. I do not find Venice the easiest city and she did such a great job of showing the highlights as well as the hidden surprises that made this the best day for our family!!!!

We could not have had a more perfect tour guide than Giovanni. He knew the city like the back of his hand and showed us the best secrets of Venice with an amazing attitude and a great sense of humor. Additionally, Giovanni was incredibly accommodating when my mother began to feel unwell and stopped at a cafe for a hot water with lemon. He also gave us an annotated map of Venice with sights, restaurants, hotels, etc. to keep! Simply put, we could not have had a more perfect tour guide than Giovanni. He is the gold standard!

Be prepared to walk a lot. If you have any mobility issues, this is not the trip for you. Very well informed, the trip was beautiful and lunch was wonderful. Marano glass factory was an experience worth seeing.

The tour was wonderful and exceeded expectations. Nico was an excellent tour guide. His knowledge of and enthusiasm for Venice definitely showed. Nico made sure we saw all the sights we wanted and also showed us many hidden gems.
The place Nico chose for lunch was excellent and highlighted the local food and wine cuisine. The trip to the glass factory was very entertaining and one part of the trip one of our party had always wanted to see.
The boat ride through Venice was the highlight of the tour. It was something that we had not even considered but were so glad we did.

This private tour of Venice exceeded all expectations.
The booking was simple & fast; our tour guide “Giovanni Bandini” communicated with us setting clear instructions on where to meet, tour expectations, etc.
He met us at our hotel and our incredible embrace of Venice started the moment we exited the hotel.
Some highlights included all the major attractions, however, the special added bonus was Giovanni’s tour of the Venice hidden gems not always noted for tourist (tucked away churches; palaces with significant history; detailed explanations of the palace emblems / markings; key local restaurants to try; best local Cichetti & wine, etc).
Bottom line , spending the day with Giovanni brought to life for us “the real Venice” and the depth / beauty of the Venetians.

High yield tour! Giovanni our guide was amazing! He lives right in Venice and showed us his hometown. We felt like being toured by family. Aside from seeing the physical beauty of Venice, he treated us to an amazing restaurant and we had the best spaghetti with clams in our lives! Highly recommended!

Mateo was the BEST most knowledgeable guide ever & we have experienced tons of tours throughout the world! This is A MUST DO adventure of a lifetime. Mateo was sooo kind & understanding and beyond knowledgeable on everything Venice !!! The restaurant was an incredible local spot with the most beautiful owner ever!!!! This was a top rate experience! If you’re reading my review… STOP & BOOK NOW!!! Request Matt!! You will be so thankful you did :) just to be clear this is NOT a private boat for the day, we were very confused to find out there’s a 3 hour walking portion of the tour. Our guide so kindly rearranged everything to give us the perfect experience. It’s a boat to Murano & one hour on boat in canal , everything else is by foot. Worth every penny!
