We had such a wonderful and memorable day on our tour of the Grand Canal, Murano, and Burano. The private tour was perfect for our family of six. Our Guide (I apologize as I don't know how to spell) was amazing and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our day making memories as a family in Italy. Thank you!

Kristina was awesome! Super personable and extremely knowledgeable. We had just a few hours to get a taste of Venice and this tour did the trick. The private taxis were warm and comfortable. Kristina helped to point out and facilitate great photo taking opportunities. The glass factory and lace shop were fascinating. We had an hour to kill before our train back to Florence and Kristina helped to point out a great walk and a couple of wine bars to help us spend the time. A great day!

We were met in Venice after the tender trip in to the city by our guide Sylvia. She was a delight to chat with and very knowledgeable. It was such fun going by private taxi boats to the islands and listening to her explain the history and local color of the area. The visit to the glass works and tour was like a visit to a glass museum. Thanks for a wonderful day.

The highlight of the tour was Monica - she was amazing! Monica was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and able to present the trip to all members of the family (young and old). Nothing was too much trouble for Monica, including a fantastic Venetian lunch recommendation. No tourists!!!

We had the perfect experience with our guide, Monica. She made us comfortable by asking questions about what we would like to do, and gave us so many facts and interesting stories about Venice history, architecture, tourism - anything we asked. Our trip was tailored to our preferences, with a little more walking and a little less tour time. The glass blowing Murano and lace making Burano demonstrations were worth it! Our lunch on Burano at Trattoria Gatto Nero was a meal well remember for years. Highly recommend this tour, and Monica!,

Alessandra was our brilliant tour guide for our visit to Murano and Burano. She was very interesting to listen to as she told us about many of the important buildings along the Grand Canal as we made our way out of Venice.
The Murano factory is fascinating, with an amazing demonstration from the artisans creating those wonderful sculptures. After the demonstration we got a chance to wander through the amazing gallery of works that have accumulated, incredible.
Burano was a beautiful island with a very cute town, we saw a very brief demonstration of the lace work that makes the island famous and then enjoyed a traditional Burano biscuit as we strolled through the streets learning about the leaning tower and the town square.

Worked perfectly to meet our expectations. A good half day spent in both the islands. Glass factory tour followed by a couple of hours in Burano. A tour of the Grand Canal on the way. A perfect private experience for us a family of four.

We were well looked after by Catty our guide on this tour and one of us ended up blowing a glass bowl, well nearly. Towards the end of the tour we told Catty we would like to spend some of the afternoon at a sensible eating place near our cruise ship and she took us to exactly the right thing. A good 5 hours on this tour.

Amazing tour! I was almost was going to book a shorter tour as we are a relatively impatient and spoiled couple who already visited so many places in the world. But this tour was just perfect! Mainly because of our Super Guide Giovanna a dynamic and enthusiastic young women who has the intelligence to make the right balance between narrating and being quite to let us enjoy the moment. She is an active instagramer, thus also experienced at taking good pictures and videos. So we didn't have to worry about the photography like the typical tourist, but still had great pictures at the end of the Journey. Another factor which was perfect: the weather. It was February but still a sunny day with no clouds. Finally, we liked the flexibility in the organisation: with pick-up / drop-of times and locations and the optional catering against additional costs if needed. There are probably limitations on what can be served, but it is worth asking if you want something special on board. We enjoyed a bottle of Champagne :-
