Don’t waste your money

Times changes according to vendor. No email until less than 48 hours before and our plans with our driver couldn’t accommodate the change. He refused to refund and viator is impossible to deal with. We found out from our driver we didn’t need tickets and this is a scam. St Peter’s is free. Our driver took us there and we went in a 9:30 am, saw mass and spent the time we wanted. The tickets this vendor changed us to would never have worked because the Pope was going to be in St Peter’s Square at 12n . I will never schedule with Viator again. I learned alot on this trip and will stick with Tourisified for my tours.
