Excellent- everything worked perfectly and smoothly. Highly recommend to purchase the skip-the-line tickets for the fastest way to enter the basilica.

The ride was great but, in the tour where it states what’s included, it reads “gelato” and we didn’t receive no gelato,
The tour director told me to meet at St. Peters Square. That's it! St. Peters is bery big and many people. I called Viator wjen I got there and were not able to help. I asked the vendor for a refund since I wasn't able to use the tickets since the omves they sent me did not have the required QR code. What a mess and a mistake. I difn't skip the line but waited in line like everyone else. I still have not heard back from the vendor!

AVOID BOOKING TOURS THROUGH VIATOR AND THIS TOUR OPERATOR!!! We showed up for the tour, checked in with the guide (Charles) and stood in the rain for an hour only to find out we couldn’t go into the Museums or the Sistine Chapel. The tour operator told us to come back the next day at 4:30. We did. Then found out the chapel was closed. They said we could tour the museums only or cancel and that cancelling worked best for them. We told them we wanted to cancel and left. I tried to cancel via the tour operator (was contact with the guide via WhatsApp) and Viator. Neither would process a refund and said the service was provided. So not only did I waste 2 afternoons, I’m also out a lot of money. Take my advice—book early and directly with the Vatican. These operators oversell and tourists get the shaft. I would give this negative stats if I could.

Tour was cancelled a few hours before and I’m still trying to get a refund. They sold me a tour on a day that the museums was closed and didn’t tell me until under 24 hours so I couldn’t cancel the tour.

My host cancelled on us 1 hour prior and left us without tickets. It was awful. We came all the way from another country to have them cancel with extremely little notice

Our tour guide Eslam was fantastic! He brought us right to the entrance and gave us all the details for a successful visit.
I gave 1 star to further the can, but if I could, I would have given 0 stars.
Because I've been ripped off: 75€ paid for 1 adult and 1 child. No one showed up at the time and place of appointment. I contacted via the chat, where I received a reply that visitors could not continue.
