Horrible instructions

Terrible experience! Never found a guide. Now not even sure there ever was one! Instructions said to meet guide inside St Peter’s square. Could not get inside the square until after completing the tour! Another part of instructions said no need to meet a guide! Also said we needed to provide our own headphones and connect to our own cell phones, which was never mentioned in original information. Results: never got a live guide and never got just audio guide. Total rip off!
