    Told ticket wasn’t valid at gate , had to just go general admission

    Met with our “guide” at the meeting point… he showed us photos of what we were supposed to see in the crypts underground.. then guided us to where we were supposed to check in and left us on our own for our self guided tour. After waiting in line we were told our tickets were not valid and we needed to be with a tour guide and this was sold through a second party vendor. After trying to talk to multiple people, we then just had to get in the general line and wait to get inside. We paid for access to the underground, didn’t get it. Avoid

    Mi dispiace per l accaduto anche se i nostri biglietti sono ufficiali, credo che per dirvi così non Ve hanno neanche scannerizzato... In ogni caso avevate il mio numero e vi ho anche ripetuto che qualsiasi problema potevate chiamare
