The voucher you receive is not your ticket. You have a 10-15 minute walk away from the entrance to get your ticket. Be aware of this before booking and get your ticket in advance. The experience itself is wonderful.

To clarify for future guests: the voucher you receive after booking is your confirmation, and it needs to be exchanged for the actual entry ticket at the ticket office before heading to the entrance — which, as you noted, can be a short walk away depending on the site. We always recommend arriving at least 20-30 minutes before your scheduled entry time specifically to allow for this exchange and the walk.
