If you’re looking for a one day trip that checks off multiple items, this is the one! 2 hours in Tulum to explore the ruins, Nacho our guide was fantastic. Then a 20 minute ride into the jungle where you’ll get a Mayan lunch and then start the second part of the adventure. We rode ATVs for 45 minutes (bring a bandanna if you are concerned with dust), then zip lined a few small lines before watching a Mayan ceremony to release bad vibes and bring in the good. Then, you take your bags with you up the tall zip line tower (123 steps up!) to a 2 min long zip line that gets you to the last portion of the adventure. Then another 3 really fast zip lines, a rock rappel, and the best part, the guided swimming tour through a beautiful cenote. We were by ourselves for the ATV, zip line and cenote portions, and Jorge was an amazing guide. This really hit on everything we wanted, and all in one day. Looking forward to seeing the pictures they took in the jungle of our family.

To start, the pickup was 20 minutes late. Then we drove about 50 mins to their (I assume) office location in Tulum.
After already paying almost $300 for the "Tulum Adventure Tour" for two, an agent came on the bus collecting another 60 pesos each for the Tulum Tax. Another agent was also waiting to come on and sell his wares.
We sat in the van here for 20 minutes waiting without any explanation. A few more vans pulled up then we and a few others were told to move to another one where we waited 10 more minutes for more people to arrive.
After finally leaving, we arrived at Tulum. We were led to a souvenir shop to use the bathroom then waited another 30 minutes for more people to arrive. The group was split into two with English-speakers going with Jose.
Jose was a great tour guide at Tulum. He gave the information in an informative and entertaining way. We stayed on the outside perimeter for this then were given about 40 minutes to walk around then meet back at the van. The walk back takes about 10 minutes, so we rushed around in 20 minutes to see things and make it back with time to buy a drink.
We then drove back to the office location and into the jungle. There we joined with another group and sat around getting a little information from our next guide (Jose) then another person tried to sell bandanas, phone water cases, and water shoes. We already had masks and phone cases, but were convinced that we needed water shoes for the overpriced $400 pesos ($23USD). It definitely wasn't needed.
We then did the atv rides. It was very satisfying due to to length of it compared to another I did. Plus I was able to let those in front of me get a distance then speed behind them. Some of the ATVs kept shutting off when we weren't moving, but they came around to restart it. One ATV also lost a wheel, luckily at the end when about to park.
We did the ziplines next and the aqua zip was first. This should have been done last so you can change into your swimsuit for it without getting your clothes for the other ziplines wet.
After the aqua zipline, we did a small Mayan ceremony and the opportunity to buy souvenirs to support the Mayan community.
The ziplines overall were cool, but not adrenaline-inducing. The rappel was small if you're experienced, but scary enough for me.
Next was the cenote, it was very cool and an awesome experience swimming into a dark cave. Jose gave us interesting facts and turned off the flashlight so we'd see just how dark it got. His service was great, but then he requested tips before moving us on to the final part of eating.
The meal was simple, but good. Bartenders sold drinks as we ate, and the photo team showed the pictures they took ($50).
The constant bombardment of trying to get more money from us after paying $300 for the trip was very aggravating. The experience itself was cool though.

My group of 6 participated in this excursion with our guide CJ. If you can request anyone, ask for him, he was an amazing guide and took good care of us making sure we felt safe and comfortable. The activity was very smooth transitioning from one part to another and the lunch they provided was delicious! Be prepared for a long day this activity is draining but absolutely worth it.

This tour was so much fun. The zip lines, Cenotes & ATV’s part we’re a first for one of our group members and she thoroughly enjoyed it.
I would recommend doing the ruins part of this tour as a private tour. It was so much more informative that way and created a better experience.

Amazing Experience!! All 3 parts. Our tour guide Ruben was extremely knowledgeable during the Archeological Zone portion of a tour and very passionate about the Mayan heritage. CJ our tour guide for the Zipline and the Cenote portion was simply awesome. Thank You for an amazing experience!!!

Great tour. Our tour guide Ulysses was amazing. Funny and very helpful and made sure his crew was well taken care off. My only complaint is the pricing. After already paying for this through this site, i found out that people in my same van and your had payed half of what i paid. Viator charges more than you would pay with the locals. Amazing tour, but the pricing is completely different to what other people paid.

Overall really good experience slow start but after the ruins it was a party. Met some cool people from all over the world. CJ our tour guide at adventure park was amazing and fun the cenote was amazing zipline and atvs was really cool too. My one and only complaint was pick up location. I stayed at coco tulum and they listed this as a pick up location after I confirmed my reservation they tell me another location to met them at slightly annoying but I was able to catch a taxi there and back from pick up and drop off location. Overall I recommend this place it’s a long day but it was worth it. The food they serve was pretty good too. Thank you guys for the memories

I booked this excursion for my friends and i and we had a great experience! They had us meet at a supermarket which was near us and they bring you to the ziplining/atv/cenote. Our tour guide for those events was samuel and he was awesome! Very professional, and very knowledgeable. The zip lining was great through the jungle, the atv was cool if its your first time riding them but a nice experience, and the cenote was beautiful and interesting. Like i said samuel made this even better with his knowledge of the cenote. Then the ruin tour was great and educational, our tour guide there was reuben and he was amazing. Very into it and very knowledgeable about the mayan past and the ruins. Overall it was a pleasant experience I would definitely recommend

The entire day was a good experience. My boyfriend and I both experienced zip lining and the swim in cenote for the 1st time. Our guide Dave was patient, explained what our day would be looking like and made the experience a pleasant one.

The activities were fun, the guide for the Mayan Ruins was knowledgeable. But I got ripped off for my pictures, and I tried to email them a few times and they just stopped responding to my emails. The vans they pick you up in do have too much air in them and you are bunched together. I am mostly upset about the pictures as I wanted to have something to show for the cenotes and the zip lining but only got pictures of ATV.

This tour was a great combination of a genuine adrenaline-pumping experience and learning about the fascinating history of the Mayan ruins of Tulum. We had a big group that consisted of 7 people. We started the day at the Maya Adrenaline with our guide, Pedro. He was the best guide; knowledgeable, helpful, and funny, which made the tour go smooth and organized. We did three ziplines, rappel, ATV, and then the cenote. We then went off to get lunch and drove to Tulum. Our guide, Ruben, was another great guide. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the history of the ruins of Tulum, which I found very interesting. We then had some free time to roam around and do some shopping for souvenirs. Overall, I thought it was the perfect tour if you wanted to experience everything in one day! Highly recommended!

3 stars mostly because of this:
1) they won’t pick you up at your hotel. They will only pick you up at the super market for ease of pick up. 20 mins from the strip, around 600 pesos/30 dollars. Pick up was at 8:50 am but we left at 9:45 am
2) they try to sell water shoes for the cenote part. And you don’t need it. The people who sell in the travel bus versus the jungle are different. Buy in the jungle in case anything breaks
3) food was good but not vegetarian friendly
4) tour guide was great, all other staff are pretty robotic with the guests. Try to say hola to guests to keep the warmth in the tour
Otherwise:
If you love all the things on the list. DO THIS TOUR. It’s great. LONG LIST of activities that you don’t have to plan. The ruins are in a beautiful location. The cenote was beautiful and refreshing and the historical background lesson was great. ATV and zipline is always fun.
The ruins tour was great but no shade. So we left early because it was 1 hour long and we didn’t need all the time + we were EXHAUSTED.

We had 2 different tour guides, Pedro did amazing as well as Ruben! Enjoyed our time there. There was a lot of waiting which is why there is 4 stars. They told us pick up time was 730 and didn’t get there to pick us up till 815.

The trip was amazing. The day is long, but the transportation service is awesome. The Cenote and the peace you get being inside of it was the most beautiful thing I have ever done. Our tour guide throughout the activities, Sam, was awesome. The tour of Tulum and the walled city was an insightful and learning experience.

Overall I had fun and enjoyed the various activities throughout the day. However, from the start of the tour to the end communications wasn’t clear and the schedule was unorganized. A lot of participants were confused about the order of things. We also didn’t eat lunch until 4:30pm, at the end of a long day of walking around and being active.

The adventures were really fun and had an amazing time. Reasons I didn’t select 5 starts is that I was picked up over an hour late. I was told due to that they would give me the photo package free. The photo guy told me it was not his fault I was picked up late and that he couldn’t give me the photo package without paying. Ok the description it shows drinks and alcohol were included. Once we got there we had to pay for soft drinks and alcohol. Only free drink was a jar of lemonade we all had to share. It was very hot and we were not even offered water. I told my tour guy I needed some water and he did tell them to give it to us free but it was not enough for a 6 hour trip. Our tour guide “CJ” was amazing, and definitely recommend him!
