Overview
Natural wonders and thrilling adventures come together in this half-day tour near Tulum. I booked this for my birthday trip and I enjoyed myself. Was skeptical due to the reviews but I’m glad I didn’t eat it scare me. Our tour guide Sergio was very welcoming and friendly. I was definitely scared of the heights with the zipline and my fear of water. He constantly reassured me in the denote and helped me stay calm. The group I was with was also friendly and supportive with my fears. I would definitely recommend and come back.

A few things could have made this experience 5 stars. Communication prior to and with pickup was not great (gave us incorrect pickup info, then 40mins late, but did immediately answer our WhatsApp so that was encouraging). Main road off the highway to get there itself was like a bonus ride- about 20 mins on a very rough road lol. We rode the atvs along the same main dirt road which was quite bumpy & adventurous still. The atvs had some issues but the staff worked hard to fix along the route. The main zip line is not for the faint of heart as u hiked up a massive tower with some pretty rickety steps and railings along the way. But the view and the length of the line itself was pretty cool. The cenote was beautiful and much more involved and educational than we expected. Our guide was Rafael and he was wonderful, knowledgeable and reassuring. Did not love all the vendors at each stop pressuring you to look and buy add on things. Definitely an adventure for this Midwest family.

Really great and fun. Came for my friends birthday. She loved it. Zip lining was fun! What a hike to the top for a 2 mins zip down to the caves 😅

Amazing day from start to finish! Axel picked us up and Miguel was very knowledgeable about the culture and Its history. He answered all questions we had, took us for lunch in the cutest town, and showed us a less crowded cenote. Absolutely worth it if you have a day to explore.

A great way to see a lot in a single day. The activities on their own are all great fun,in particular the cenote cave is very beautiful. There were some scheduling issues with our group taking a long time to arrive and the activities moving around,but other than that it all went well.

This tour was really great. Our guide Julio really explained to us. The cenotes were very pretty. The zip lining was fun. Riding the atv’s were a blast. Overall we had a great time. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Full disclosure! This company runs multiple trips for multiple Groups all day, there are almost a well oil machine but know these people are working hard to ensure the best experience! You are entering land of the Mayan people and are allowed to utilize their cenotes and land, the trinkets they sell and the photos taken are a major source of survival for them, please tip accordingly!!
My friend and I had the best time ! CJ our guide was amazing!!!! I missed the opportunity to thank him, my friend and are we’re a little out of shape/ one of us had low levels of iron as well so it was a little difficult to keep up the fast pace of the going from one activity to the other. However all the workers were so understanding and kind! Our group was supportive as well with the leadership of CJ!!!
One last piece of advice would be to pack light and smart! A towel, bandana, and water shoes, bug spray, a personal fan, water, comfortable shorts or shirt/ dress to change into. Not a whole outfit, ladies! You WILL get pdirty, sweaty, heat exhaustion is a thing.
They ask you to zip line with all your things, I had an 80 pound back pack thinking it would be stored for the whole day.
Really great experience overall! Just a little further explanation of the expectations and preparation would have went a long way. But if you’re a more flexible and adventurous person this is perfect for you!

Three of us did this tour and had a terrible experience. We met at a meeting point and were taken in a shuttle to a different stop where we were moved to a different shuttle. The shuttle had no AC and they guides closed the door so we were stuck in there for 30min. We felt like we were going to pass out from the heat and lack of air. There also was not enough seating room and people had to stand. On the way back we had to wait 30+min to get picked up and taken back. I’ve booked multiple tours on Viator in different countries and this was by far THE WORST one

I recommend going but please be aware of the massive flys and mosquitoes. Regular off spray doesn't work. Please buy the green top off spray. I left with 10 mosquito bites. There were so many flies you would really eat your lunch. By the way the lunch was basic. Also our tour guide didn't take us to the last zip line. I was disappointed.

The ATV ride was kinda lame because we just went up & down a dirt path. The zip line into the water was sort of decent but you can’t go if you’re over 220 lbs so you just stay in the pool - it did let us cool off which was nice. The zip line over the forrest was cool even though the platform was a bit sketchy. The little zip line through the trees was laughably short. The highlight was the cenote! It definitely made this whole thing worth it! We got to cool off and enjoy seeing some fish & bats, while learning about the ecosystem.

These people are thieves; I have them a 24hr notice to move my tour around, they bounced me around from the 1800 number to the operator.
I don’t recommend them at all. You can find more trustworthy tours locally.

I felt like the tour was rushed. The pick up was a lot later than it should’ve been because when you say my tour starts 8:45 in the morning, I’m ready and so should be the other people. The guide tried his best to make a good experience however, being crowded and rushed, made it not one not to mention, rushed to eat, because now the driver had to hurry up and bring us back. And that same driver left me at the check in spot instead of returning to the resort, which is what was agreed-upon prior to me going on this tour. I had to find a taxi in the middle of nowhere by myself and Pay to get back to my resort. With people speaking, Spanish and Mayan and nobody understanding English.

The ATV ride that was promised through the jungle was a very dusty dirt road where we were choking on fumes from all the ATVs… It wasn’t a terribly fun experience

I am very sorry for the situation, however this situation is due to the fact that in the dry season the dust is released a little with the passage of the ATVs, we must keep in mind that it is an activity where the water, the dust, the weather is jungle type. However, your opinion is very important to us.

I came to this tour solo and joined with other participants. A group of about 8 or 9. The group and our guide we all pretty easy going which made things much more fun. We started with atvs over some rugged jungle terrain which I enjoyed. From there we did the ziplines with the 2nd being the highest and furthest. You can pretty much see the entire area from atop the platform. Then we did the cenote which was my favorite part. Swimming throughout the cenote as a group at various depths was fun and challenging. A pleasant surprise was the mayan ceremony which gave me further respect for mayan culture and the land. Overall, I had a great time.
