The experience from beginning to end was amazing. Super organized. Expect a great dinner at the restaurant. The experience was everything described and more. It is an all day tour. I arrived back at my stay around 10:00 pm

Unsafe trip, avoid if using this operator if leaving from Tulum.

While the tour portion was well managed and very enjoyable, the transportation was terrible and bordered on unsafe. If you are staying in Playa or Cancun, this tour should work fine, but I would not advise doing this if you are staying in Tulum. Groups all combine in Playa and are transported back to Tulum in a van. Unfortunately some of the other groups that will join you have been partying all day, and we had a van full of very loud obnoxious drunks. Passengers in the back seats were placing their feet on the tops of the seats and poking people with their feet. When told to stop, things nearly became physical. Riders were so drunk that we had to make extra stops to allow them to use the bathroom, while on the stop they purchased more beer. The driver did not interact to moderate any of their activity until things were utterly out of control. This was a full on spring break level party bus ride. Prior to this review an email was sent to the operator detailing the situation, and no response was offered until another follow up was submitted at which point they simply said "the tour was completed" and "we cannot control guests". Zero responsibility was taken.

As previously explained, the tour you contracted was fully delivered as agreed: the activity was carried out as scheduled and return transportation to your final destination was provided safely. Shared transportation services involve traveling with other guests and may include logistical stops, which are standard conditions of this type of service Regarding the conduct of other passengers, we understand your frustration; however, it is important to clarify that the company does not have direct control over individual behavior. Our transportation staff is not authorized to remove passengers or physically confront them, as doing so could compromise the safety of everyone on board. Once the situation was reported to the driver, he intervened to ensure the trip concluded without further incidents. For these reasons, and considering that the contracted service was completed in full, we are unable to offer financial compensation. Nevertheless, your feedback has been duly noted and will be used to reinforce our internal guidelines with drivers, particularly regarding communication and proactive handling of uncomfortable situations during shared transportation. We sincerely regret that this experience affected your overall perception of the service and appreciate that you chose to contact us directly. This was a great experience, the pink lake was breathtaking!!! The tour guide was fantastic. He was very friendly, patient and funny. The only con is that, we expected to go to a real beach and we did not, they transported us to a small beach (i wouldn't even call it that) bc it was too deep to swim in and very very small and we only stayed for like 10 mins to put the clay on our body, rinse it off then left. The restaurant food was ok not the best. But the local area that it was in was very cultural so that experience was nice as well. Definitely go to see the pink lake bc it's worth the sight seeing but don't expect too much beyond that

This tour was definitely worth the money, but please be aware that it is an all day tour. One thing that I would clarify is the meeting point in the morning. On one of the communications it said 630 and then on a message later it’s at 7 AM so we were there early at 6 AM just in case and ended up waiting for an hour when we could’ve come later. also know that you should take a swimsuit and some extra cash to buy tickets at the entry place with the pink water. You’ll need the bathing suits for after the boat ride as there is a place for you to put clay on and then rinse it off that being said, this was a wonderful tour. They went above and beyond taking us to a nice restaurant, and to an crocodile preserve , it was all very wonderful and our host. Arturo was very knowledgeable and speaks many different languages to help everyone on the tour understand

This was one of my best day in Tulum. The guide was nice and well organized. The road from Tulum to Las Coloradas but so worth it!

The sights themselves are all worth a visit and the experiences are great! But the organization leaves a lot to be desired. We took the bus from Tulum and had to change in Playa del Carmen, which would not be a problem. However, about 10 minutes later we made a short stop at a gas station (should take 5 to 10 minutes). The bus driver drove to another gas station to fill up on diesel and only came back after an hour. Of course, the time was missing at the end at the sights. So the journey took about 5.5 hours in total. The guide couldn't make any clear statements, so you never had a plan for what to do next, how long something takes, etc. Even choosing the food was difficult and you didn’t know exactly what you would get in the end. The return trip was also funny, as we had to change again our guide but did not have time to accompany us to the other bus and simply meant we should go to his colleague. Unfortunately, that wasn't so easy either, because we didn't know who he meant. Nevertheless, everything went well in the end. In short, the experiences are very nice, but there is a massive haphazard about the organization and the guide.

Vraiment impressionnant! Une belle journée complète et remplie de surprises.Le lac rose est. Couper le souffle et il y a des guides durant le déroulement de la visite. Pour se qui est de Rio lagartos c’est partir à l’aventure et découvrir la nature des animaux en liberté. Waw!!!
