This event was canceled last minute due to pickup location change. I did not participate-no review to share.

Thank you for your feedback. The event was not canceled; the pickup location was simply adjusted due to local traffic and logistical considerations in the area. This change was explained in advance, and a new meeting point was assigned closer to your hotel. The updated location was approximately a 50-meter walk, which allowed the activity to proceed smoothly for the rest of the participants. We appreciate your understanding and remain available if you have any questions.

The cenote was a little bit chilly but manageable, zip lines were wonderful ! Wear a bathing suit under your clothes if you want to be dry at the end of the day before going for lunch! Sergio was an AMAZING guide
