Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Playa Del Carmen: Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen Tulum: Super Aki Tulum market main gate over in federal avenue The pickup time is set according to your location and starts at 08:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will not be able to provide the service.

The price for shared ATV is individual, if you want for 2 people you must pay 2 tickets
The minimum age to be a companion on an ATV is 8 years old and to drive is 16 years old
Maximum weight allowed for zip lines 135 kilos / 300 pounds
Pick up time depends on your location, bring cash (recommended)
If your group is an odd people number, 1 person need to pay a single ATV
For safety reasons, clients cannot carry cell phones or cameras during the tour because they are in the air due to the zip lines or because they are on an ATV and they have to use both hands and if they use the other for their camera they could suffer an accident. IT IS NOT ALLOWED FOR CUSTOMER SAFETY, or because they lose their phone or camera and we are not responsible, drones are not allowed.
What is allowed is a go pro with the chest strap or head strap that can be placed on the helmet with the strap, so if you don't have the strap or complete equipment, or if you want to go with just the go camera pro or with the go pro camera stick it is not possible, you need the bands, IT IS MANDATORY
