A fabulous experience led by Ida. We booked this independently from the cruise we were on and highly recommend it. Ida was a great host; amusing, knowledgeable and patient. She took great pictures and videos and made the best waffles ever!

This experience was more magical than even our best expectations. Ida made this a great, comfortable, seamless, inspiring, and fun evening we will never forget! Of course, seeing the lights was magical, but the entire time from the ride to the floating to photos and delicious local snacks was all made very special by the warm welcome of our host.
Realy new experience. We able to to stupid movemet and jump into the fjord at the end of session. Although make us wet inside.
Absolutely amazing time, unforgettable moments and led by two very knowledgeable and friendly guides Ida & Sofia.
Exceptional experience, I highly recommend this particular tour as a genuine fun! Our guide Ida was just brilliant!

I wasn’t too sure how fun this would be but we took a chance anyway. It was fantastic. Our guide was superb and made it so much fun for the whole family. Everyone loved it and we will be talking about this for a long time.
Great experience. Would suggest it to anyone. Not something you would think of doing but so much fun.
OMG if you think about it, do it! It was so amazing floating and swimming in the Arctic! The people were so nice and the view was breathtaking 🫶
This was so much fun! We love that it was different than anything we’ve done before. The guides were wonderful. We all 6 enjoyed the floating. 4 of our gang did jump in for extra excitement. The waffles at the end were an extra bonus. Highly recommend!

Such an incredible experience while floating at night- a gorgeous aurora above us! After the activity we were treated to delicious waffles and hot chocolate. One of our favorite tours in Tromso!
This was AMAZING experience ! Definitely a tour you must do whilst in Tromso! So much fun. Our teenage kids absolutely had a ball as did my husband and I. The guides were awesome and the waffles and hot drinks at the end is a fabulous was to end the experience ! Brown cheese and Jam ! Who would have thought …! Yuummm!!
This experience was better than I could of imagined. The tour guide and owners of the experience are to be commended. Helpful, patient, informative and made the morning so much fun. Lots of photos and hot chocolate and freshly cooked waffles to warm you up when you finish. 10 out of 10 !!!

Picked up on time and driven to the location. Weather wasn't great, little but of a snowstorm but still really fun to do. Clear instructions given both initially and in the water. Took photos but not all were uploaded. Enjoyed the plentiful waffles and warm drinks afterwards, nice touch to round off a good tour.
Really good fun. Group larger than described but we were well looked after and the waffles were delicious.
The activity is unique and good. The guides are very good, they explain everything and take good care of you. The clothes provided were good.
I felt that £160 is a little too high for the time spent during the activity, but if you can afford it the activity is good.
Tour guide was very fun and gave us great insider knowledge of the town and Norwegian culture. The floating experience was epic, we had an absolute blast! Just wish the photos were slightly higher quality.
This was a wonderful experience. As a solo participant, I felt super welcomed by the staff and by the other participants. The suits we wore to float were well maintained and clean, though I would recommend bringing a change of clothes- there was a bit of space open by my neck so I ended up being quite soaked at the end of my float. The exercises the team took us through were fun and the jump at the end was a very cool experience. This is something you can’t do most other places, so I think it’s well worth the price while in Tromso. The pictures taken and waffles we got to have at the end of the experience were the icing on the cake! While this is a physical activity, I have a knee injury and was fine getting in/out of the water, swimming, and jumping so I think it would be fine for most fitness levels.
Late start and considerable price, but a fantastic guide and a truly unique experience. Definitely would recommend!
I cannot recommend this tour enough. We stepped into a Christmas card and we then suited up and floated away in the Fjord. This was so much fun. Not to mention our guides then made us hot coffee and waffles. I would do this tour over and over again.
What a fun experience! Our guides were so knowledgeable about the city and surrounding areas and were able to share some history of Tromsø with us on the way to our destination. At the destination they helped everyone into their suits and instructed everyone while insuring that we were all comfortable with the float. This activity was actually very relaxing and definitely memorable!
One tip.. bring extra clothes just in case!
It was an amazing once in a lifetime experience. No swimming skill is needed and yet is a fun life survival skill introduction.
Fjord floating was amazing, our guides were informative and fun. We felt safe the whole time and enjoyed learning survival techniques and just the pleasure of floating around in our suits.
I read the other reviews and it is a good idea to take a change of clothing as we did get a little damp down the front of our clothing. You don’t get cold but some water can get in down the neck. We wore leggings and a sweater under the suits and took jeans and a warm sweater to change into afterwards.
This is a wonderful experience and the waffles, brown cheese and jam were delicious!! We would definitely do this again.
Karl was knowledgeable, fun, and passionate about marine life, nature and customer safety. He did a great job with instructions so we could maximize the fun without getting water in our wetsuits! Fantastic morning!
We really enjoyed this tour! Carl and Sofie were awesome guides. They explained everything well, made sure we were safe, took great pics and made tasty waffles. Getting to jump into the Arctic at the end was our highlight.
Very unique and fun experience ! Guides were amazing and took great photos of us ! Meeting point was also very easy to find and they waited for us due to a previous tour running behind due to weather

this was such a fun experience! i was on the fence about doing it because i'm not a swimmer but i'm really happy i did. sophie and fabricio were incredibly nice and helpful, and we even got to jump from the dock.
i'd bring an extra pair of underclothes for afterwards because mine did get a little wet but the crew were so helpful and dried my clothes for me while we drank coffee and ate waffles.
This was an incredibly fun experience. We took a bus to the waterfront location and suited up. Even my parents in their 60s thoroughly enjoyed this float. The Norwegian waffles at the end were a great touch. I highly recommend this very fun experience.
