Sonia, our guide, was just awesome. The weather was cloudy, but she tried hard to find northern lights, and she found it. When she found it, she gave us enough time to enjoy it. We came back at 3:30 am. We had great pictures.

left half hour late. at 12:30am once the lights became even more minimal, hung around a fire for an hour rather than heading home

We had Fabian as our guide last night and we had a great time. Unfortunately the weather was not in our favour but he did all that he could to help us see the lights, with multiple stops and even driving to the Finnish border. We definitely experienced a real chase.
We were provided with hot chocolate, tea, coffee and snacks ☕️ We still had a lot of fun though, and we would definitely book with Best Arctic again if we come back! ❄️🤍

Seeing the Northern Lights for the first time was amazing. Our tour guide Tomas went out of his way to make the night magnificent. We went on Friday January 25th and if anyone could share how I could get the pictures Tomas took of me and my friends I would greatly appreciate it.

Seeing Northern lights in 2 locations. Guide was very informed and though the northern lights weren’t as intense as we expected, it’s a natural unpredictable phenomenon. The guides did their best to make it special. Cabin where we stayed waiting was very small and many had to stand so that could be improved

Although it was raining when we headed out in search of the northern lights, we saw the dancing lights after a two hour drive. It was amazing and spectacular. Remember to wear appropriate clothing as it can be wet and very cold. Some fellow visitors wore tennis shoes and a thin jacket. The driver and guide did an excellent job.

I went on other northern lights tour while in Tromso. This was terrible- the worse tour and not worth the money. We did not see the northern lights but there did not seem to be much effort made. There was barely room on the bus for our 5 people- we had terrible seats in the very back of the bus--No leg room and they seemed to angry that our group had 5 people. I saw no evidence of photography tips. The tour guide was not interesting, or interested in the group and did not seem to be very knowledgeable about photography. The one drink of hot chocolate and cake was terrible. I think the description of this tour was totally misleading. I booked through Viator and I will never use them again.

Wish the guide had given us my husband and me some guidance on what to watch and how. We got the impression that she was too wrapped up in the younger tourists to bother about us. The experience was marvellous, unnerving and amazing. Just feel that we could have got more out of it if the guide had helped us out with some advice a bit

We had a good guide and driver who tried their best to show us the NL travelling to four sites over 5.5 hours. The conditions were not good but we saw a few NL, had a wonderful time in the snowy landscapes and didn't feel cold as the wind was low. We met some good people on the trip and had a good bit of banter with them.

We were worried because by the time we were scheduled for this the weather took a turn for the worse. There was rain and snow. Our wonderful guide/prophotog/driver was optimistic. He keep in touch with others on the same goal and finally found a spot that had a clearing the sky. We were all super happy the night wasn't a total waste despite knowing that 2 days ago was super amazing and day before was decent. He chanced another location and found another spot which lit up with the lights. Snacks, educational lessons/facts, determination. Job well done. We we're lucky that it wasn't as cold as it normally should be so it made the whole being outdoors doing this a little more bearable. Will do it again when I come back. Thanks so much.

Es war ein unvergessliches und einzigartiges Erlebnis. Die Polarlichter waren so toll. Der Guide war leider nicht gut. Wir buchten extra diese Tour damit wir verschiedenen Spots abfahreb und dementsprechend gute Chancen haben. Wir fuhren zu einem Spot und bliben dort. Beim Wegfahren hat uns der Guide versprochen bei Sichtung eines neuen Polarlichtes am Strassenrand zu halten. Als ich welche sah, reagierte der Guide nicht auf meine Aussage. Ein anderer Gast und ich rebellierten einbisschen. Anschliessend musste der Guide wohl halten. Wir machten einen ganz kurzen Fotostopp. Der Guide wirkte desintressiert und brachte uns kurz nach Mitternacht in die Stadt zurück. Die versprochenen Stative wurden nicht zur Verfügung gestellt und für das Foto muss man extra zahlen, wenn man es in hoher Qulität erhalten möchte. Ein Foto in niedriger Qualität ist pro Buchung inkludiert. Für diesen Preis hätte ich mir ein besseres Hunting vorgestellt und inkl. Fotos. Abgesehen vom Guide war die Tour super und die Nordlichter sehr eindrücklich.

Unser Guide Sonja war sehr kompetent und trotz Wetterbedingungen, die alles andere als ideal waren, hat sie Polarlichter für uns gefunden. Wir haben auf dieser Tour nochmal viel über Polarlichter und wie man sie am besten findet und fotografiert gelernt.

La première activité de notre séjour pour pouvoir y revenir si nous n'avions rien vu .
Mais cette nuit là fut la bonne , nous avons pu les voir tournoyer au dessus de nos têtes, juste magnifiques.
A l'oeil nu le vert n'est que peu visible, les lumières ne sont pas les mêmes que le rendu des photos mais c'est autrement magique.
Ilse notre guide était vraiment très sympa et attentionnée, nous aidant pour les réglage des appareils photos par exemple.
