Although we didn’t see much of the lights, we appreciated the hot chocolate and cookies and driving the distance to Finland. Our guide was very nice but especially since we didn’t see the lights, some information about the Aurora would’ve been a nice addition.

We started the journey with bad conditions and we were convinced after two hours of search not to see anything in that evening. Brynjar headed for Finland Kilpishärvi in the end where we finally met clear sky and the Aurora Borealis. Happy and satisfied we all arrived at 2.00 AM. Many thanks to Brynjar for his knowledge, divisiveness and his network of fellow hunters. To be booked with closed eyes.

MUST DO IN TROMSO!!! Despite the adverse weather conditions in Tromso, the guide was able to bring us to an unforgettable spot and experience a beautiful Aurora. He didn’t mind driving more then 3 hours to reach Finland to make it possible, and also brought us to Sweden: so in one single night, we saw the Aurora and walked (other then in Norway) in Finland and Sweden. He was also careful to find a wind-less spot to make us enjoy the night more. He also provided great hot chocolate and cookies and warm technical clothing for everyone was also available. He lent us Camera-tripods, and also took beautiful portraits of us in front of the Aurora with his own equipment. The Van was extremely modern and comfortable. It was a real Aurora-seek and he was involved as much as we were in trying to spot the Aurora! 😍 We 100% recommend!!!! While other companies cancelled their tours for the night, he didn’t give up and gifted us unforgettable and timeless memories.

Great experience with a great guide. Managed to see the Lights in fulltime fore on a very snowy and cloudy day because of the knowledge of the guide. Nice bonfire with cookies and hot chocolate.

The tour guides were extremely patient and very motivated to find the northern lights on a night that was not the most ideal when the weather drastically changed. Drove the group all the way to Finland due to Norway’s low visibility that night. 7 hours of chasing, hot chocolate in hand, and received professional pictures via email next day. Very good experience

Amazing experience! Weather wasn’t very good early on, so our guide tried to make it more worthwhile by finding a couple of reindeer herds for us to see, which was really cool and thoughtful. Ended up seeing the lights as well, and our guides did an excellent job of finding them in a blizzard and taking care of us. Best pictures of any tour company!

Had a great tour with our guide, Brynjar. The weather wasn't pleasing during our due to some storm, so our first tour got cancelled. We rebooked our tour and luckily got to see Aurora Borealis. We first went north for Tromsø, and saw the Northern Lights even if it was cloudy and snowing. After seeing the lights, we drove south to get another glimpse of the northern lights. The tour was informative, and Brynjar was very good in explaining the activity. The price is reasonable compared to the other tour packages offered in this page. We got great pictures the day after as a remembrance of the experience. The only thing that was unclear was the rebooking of the tour since we didn't get any written proof or a new ticket. I had to call Brynjar, and also needed to call Viatour's customer service which had a foreign contact number. It was little bit of a hassle to get the assurance of the rebooking.

The guide was fair and let us know beforehand what we can expect for the night. He took us to many spots trying to get the lights(weather conditions not very good). He helped us set out cameras, gave different tips about where to look for it etc

It was the best tour we took, the guide was friendly, patient when givin explanations and answering questions, explained how to programm the cameras and helped the people who was having problems, provided tripods. went far and beyond to catch the lights, and took amazing fotographs. 1000% recommended

No vale lo que cuesta

El tour está bien para lo que es. En mi caso, fue subir a una combi, ir a un lugar alejado y esperar las auroras (el día estaba despejado). No es suficiente que el día esté despejado, sino que tmb hay que tener suerte y esperar que haya actividad solar. En nuestro caso hubo muy poca, y no se pudo ver nada que no fuera a través de La cámara. Este tour y los demás requieren estar en una playa tratando de mantener el calor, esperando las condiciones meteorológicas correctas (pasamos mucho frío, y creo que para estándares de Tromsø no hacia tanto frío) Creo que no vale la pena. Les recomendaría que vayan a uno de los lugares que se puede ver desde Tromsø, y esperen ahí que suceda. Lo que si tuvo de bueno el tour fue entender cómo funcionan las auroras, para en un futuro poder buscarlas uno mismo. El guía fue genial, pero sinceramente creo que el precio es muy alto considerando lo que se puede ver la mayor cantidad de noches.

Ein heilt fantastisk tur. Utrulig flink guid. Ein mann som sette stor pris på å vera ute i naturen og gjorde sitt ytterste for at vi skulle få maks ut av opplevelsen , finne beste plass for å sjå nordlyset . Veldig bra at vi ikkje var ei stor gruppe . Så alle dei flotte bildene som vi fekk etter turen . Fantastisk .Vel verd pengene.

El guía nos llevo a un lugar espectacular ya que de por si solo tenía encanto pero aún más cuando apareció la aurora pero eso sí el ojo humano no ve esas luces espectaculares que vemos en las fotos de blog, lo que vimos era como si fueran nubes, solo a través del objetivo se podía apreciar la luz verde. El guía lleva la cámara y realiza fotos y al día siguientes ya las tiene en tu correo. Recomiendo realizarla por aquí porq tiene mucha experiencia el guía.

Un gran guía. Nos llevo al norte de la ciudad y pudimos disfrutar de la Aurora Boreal. El grupo era pequeño y el mini bus muy cómodo y panorámico. Además te tomaba fotos, te ayudaba con la cámara y el trípode. Además disponen de ropa térmica porque hace mucho mucho frío. Lo recomendaría sin duda.

Una gran experiencia con auroras boreales depende de muchos factores. Tuvimos suerte de disponer de un dia muy claro pra verlas. No obstante el exito de la noche depende de la persona que te lleva. En nuestro caso, Brynjar no estuvo pendiente de nada que no fuera buscar el mejor sitio para ver autoras y hacer las mejores fotos. Esa era su mision, no era hacer fuego ni estar pendiente de la cena, era hacer que tuvieramos una experiencia memorable. Mil gracias por una noche que recordaremos toda la vida. He de decir que antes de el, estuvimos con otras dos agencias y la diferencia fue abismal. No dudaremos en recomendar a Brynjar a todos los amigos que vayan a Tromso!
